@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@EE Shocking customer service tonight found it funny I was have cash flow trouble and decided to yawn while chatting to me but on 4 occasions kept asking for payment...you know I'd rather starve than ask for help off you lot shocking attitude all about £££ EE great customer care
