    Hi @EE how do I make a complaint please? Just called up and subsequently asked to escalate my issue only to have the advisor going round in circles and not letting me do so. I've been missold my contract.

    Hey @EE! Quick question. I’ve upgraded but worry it might arrive while I’m at work. If I was to go to my local store is there anyway they could cancel the delivery and upgrade me in store instead? If not I’m happy to keep my delivery.

    I'm a long standing @EE customer that spends in excess of £200+ every month for a service I'm not currently receiving, this highly disappointing. Today marks 4 days without any broadband, which is just not good enough. I've had an engineer out today and still have no service.

    @EE We are paying our bills every month, but frankly, we are getting nowhere near the service we should be. The signal strength is so poor in our locality (and has deteriorated) - in an emergency, I certainly wouldn't want to be stuck. Fix it, please.

    @O2 Sorry I am unable to DM you The issue is that I have contacted 8 times, listened to all your telephone directions to frustration. Each time, someone either tries to resolve the issue, or fills out a form I simply cannot get access. I've changed my PW 8 times or more. @EE
