If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

Why would the software not be written to work on devices that might be a few years older but still being sold? Or is it just not been sorted yet?

Jennifer Johnson (@lhsaapso1) reported@virgosam70 Jeremy Kyle was on the Liverpool TV channel causing trouble for Harry I switched off as soon as I heard Kyle putting Harry down, he lost his job on the Jeremy Kyle show for being abusive, now Kyle is being abusive on the Liverpool freeview channel, he too is vile and abhorrent.
