@jaxlfc_jj @YaTerrynorris70 It’s not restricted to the BBC. If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

@Amanda45887585 What service you using? Freeview, sky, virgin? The channel list may need updating.

  • FrancineFishpa4 Francine Fishpaw (@FrancineFishpa4) reported

@ToryRambo @GBNEWS Most signal issues on any Freeview channel are due to the Transmitters and also weather. None of this can be fixed by @GBNEWS or any TV or Radio channel.

  • Amanda45887585 Amanda (@Amanda45887585) reported

@DisorderAwesome Only have freeview I think. Don’t pay for any service

  • Survivingin2020 Surviving2021 (@Survivingin2020) reported

Anyone wanting the hockey its on sky channel BBC RB HD 981 or BBC RB on Freeview 601 sd crap picture #BBCOlympics

  • KyuT90889665 ラーメン R'amen (@KyuT90889665) reported

@firstdogonmoon 7minus. Commercial TV or freeview gets a big NO from me regardless of what's on. Some exceptions made for SBS which should never have been forced down that road.

  • baggottsilver michael baggott (@baggottsilver) reported

@BromleyCrossBoy I’m afraid I’m in the stone age with Freeview (absolutely not a fan of the paid services, the horrid Murdochcracy or Branston Pickled)

  • BlizMost Ibree Makanah (@BlizMost) reported

@3V3N1NGST4R Ah ok I guess that makes sense, I never had Netflix so that's probably why I never saw it, I was just stuck with an abundance of old DVDs and VHS tapes and freeview channels as a kid lol Most of it had TF somehow

  • Atkins_Sam Sam Atkins (@Atkins_Sam) reported

@Chris_Ince The issue is they can only have 2 streams at any one time as part of their licensing deal. So better to have it on Red Button at all times than fill 2 main channels where other shows would usually be on. % without access to Freeview for red button channel is surely very small?

  • Brekkietweets Brekkie (@Brekkietweets) reported

Just a real shame that @BBCRedButton is only in SD on Freeview as the picture quality is very poor - poorer than usual IMO. They could easily have provided live coverage in HD by cutting the hours of @CBBC HD for the fortnight.

  • JamesHaughton2 James Haughton (@JamesHaughton2) reported

@JackPittBrooke Going on to the Super League, would those owners have wanted games on the BBC or another Freeview channel? They might even have considered a Super League version of MOTD too much content not to put on their own streaming service or in a very expensive TV contract
