@HumaxUK only had this fvp-500t since 7th may 20 and its on the blink, freezes, losing recorded programs and Freeview is so slow. Has updates April 2019 but still poor. I would not recommend this at all.

@Philips @philips_uk @FreeviewTV @PhilipsCare I recently purchased a Philips Ambilight 55PUS8204/12 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV with Google Assistant does it support Freeview play as I can't get the apps to work.

@MaddFan1 Same thing happened to me a few years ago, I was quite happy watching @AJEnglish on Freeview and then suddenly it went on to freeview HD, which my box wasn't. My problem was finally solved when they started broadcasting live on Youtube.

@Sharon43068108 Very annoying! They are now showing the same match on BBC 1 AND 2. We are in a hotel room son only have Freeview. Going to watch Bridget Jones Diary on itv2 - I have my fingers crossed it's not too rude for the kids 🤣 (from what I remember, I think it's ok)

@skytv @TalkTV Why is the picture and sound glitchy. The picture quality is great but it's just not playing correctly. Note... Rest of my channels are fine even CNN which in bad weather disappears 1st. Also freeview is working fine... Thank you.

@chomper_TC @CodsyBear We do struggle to find stuff on Netflix these days - even alot of their « new » shows have already been on Freeview. Trouble with Amazon is there is alot of stuff without subtitles and we need those much of the time 🙄

@TheAzzo We are suckers for Sky/Virgin, and our telly has all the apps and services etc etc. Can't remember that last time I used freeview telly 😬 Our Internet is also RIDIC so we have no streaming issues at all.

@DimensionsInJen I fully agree but I also wonder if it would help if those who watched or recorded on Freeview/satellite/cable shouldn't also stream it via the iPlayer to ensure it counts. You don't need to watch again, mute the tab and let it run. That's what I'm doing to ensure my view counts.

Has anyone else seen what’s on so called Freeview this weekend FFS??😱 ENDLESS REPEATS of the same **** they show EVERY ******* WEEKEND. We’re PAYING these ***** £13.25p a month & they persistently insult us with LOTR,Shrek,Bridget Jones,etc, etc,etc….😱😡🤨
