@MaddFan1 Same thing happened to me a few years ago, I was quite happy watching @AJEnglish on Freeview and then suddenly it went on to freeview HD, which my box wasn't. My problem was finally solved when they started broadcasting live on Youtube.

@Philips @philips_uk @FreeviewTV I recently purchased a Philips Ambilight 55PUS8204/12 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV with Google Assistant does it support Freeview play as I can't get the apps to work.

@HumaxUK only had this fvp-500t since 7th may 20 and its on the blink, freezes, losing recorded programs and Freeview is so slow. Has updates April 2019 but still poor. I would not recommend this at all.

@Sharon43068108 Very annoying! They are now showing the same match on BBC 1 AND 2. We are in a hotel room son only have Freeview. Going to watch Bridget Jones Diary on itv2 - I have my fingers crossed it's not too rude for the kids 🤣 (from what I remember, I think it's ok)

@FlissWolf @E4Tweets It also depends on how and where you’re watching. I understand Freeview viewers may be seeing the broken feed in certain areas, while satellite and cable are on the back up. Watching catch up content on All4 is fine, it’s just the live streams that are showing the broken feeds.

PRESWATCH: continuing fallout from Saturday's Red Bee incident: - E4+1 seems to be off air on Freeview (thanks @theidentgallery for flagging). - Sound on some programme content on some C4 channels seems distorted.

I know Channel 4 are having problems at the moment, but the quality of the Freeview stream of E4 is terrible - obviously very low bitrate and macroblocking all over the place in fast moving scenes. Hope it’s fixed soon. 🤞

I do feel sorry for Channel 4, who 2 days after the Red Bee fire evacuation that caused catastrophic falls off the air for a number of UK channels, still have technical issues: the audio on the HD Freeview version sounds like it has been inverted and playing in the wrong speakers

@Channel4 As others have reported, you still have a sound problem with most of your Freeview HD programmes (SD is OK). Looking at the audio waveform I can see that one of the audio channels (not sure if it's left or right) is inverted. Please fix as soon as possible. Thanks!
