@La_Duff Look up common IP address & Subnet, DNS etc settings for your TV model on the internet & manually change them on the TV's Network settings, I used to have to re-set those settings all the time on my Freeview TV recorder box to get it to connect to my old router,

@R5EHOLE @Brimstones1234 @BBCNews Cool. So you've cancelled kids TV, Forces TV, Freeview now has a 1/3 funding problem. All of the local dialect programming has gone and the content is now created for profit so any events which are in the public interest are pay for view. Doesn't sound like a good model.

@Karl_Downey I have the problem that while Sky and Cable receivers get their @ITV news service in HD, @itvmeridian Thames Valley Freeview viewers only get broadcasts in SD. We get the news and weather for KENT (useless, I know) in HD and on +1. BBC is better in Oxon as we have our own version

@afneil I hope this gets noticed. I was really looking forward to watching GB News but there are hurdles! Where I live, Freeview has 16 channels, Virgin Media are miles away and I'll never subscribe to Sky. I do have Freesat though. Any chance of launching on that platform?

@RobsBottin80 Scarry isn't it Sadly I only have Freeview as I'm not prepared to be forced to subscribe as that's the idea Show utter and total brainless **** on a constant basis to force folk to pay for a semblance of decent Viewing But they forget about the elderly who can't afford to do it

@stephenkb Freeview Channel 91. American ‘Public Broadcasting Service’ (Yes, they have one!) Non-fiction. Superb research and analysis. Footage I’ve never seen before. BBC used to be like that.

@3011corralejo @Pippisell There’s a problem with that. My aerial doesn’t work, so the only freeview channels I get are what comes through the internet. Plus I get Amazon Prime, Disney plus and Netflix. Ive been meaning to sort the aerial , but I get 30 channels of crap, so feel it’s enough !
