So what’s on the telly today cause Christmas Day I ended up watching the Food Network channel, that provided more entertainment than the entire freeview network.

  • Philipbutcher1 Philip butcher (@Philipbutcher1) reported from Reading, England

@GBNEWS Is anybody else having signal issues on Freeview channel 236? The signal is weaker than all the other news channels.

  • ProfJohnEllis John Ellis (@ProfJohnEllis) reported from Egham, England

@MariaMichalis @All4 C4 is in talks to join Britbox... and you get surveillance on any streaming service, even ad funded. That’s how they can target the ads and tell you where your nearest car dealership is (new in All4). Only Freeview lets you keep anonymity

  • SequinSte Stephen ♏️ - Mulia Jorris. (@SequinSte) reported from Barkham, England

@deedee10780561 Hehe. I have freeview only as I resented paying for 10000 channels I never watch 😂😂

@Robin_Askwith Enjoy your break from filming, Robin. I was having a bad day until I saw that "Confessions From A Holiday Camp " is on tv here in the UK this evening- 23.20 hrs on Talking Pictures, Freeview 82.

Can someone tell me how the hell a system as poor as @Freely_tv has been brought to market. Simply appalling designed, slow, clunky, user unfriendly and a MASSIVE downgrade on Freeview Play or You view. Deliberately avoiding selling TVs with your system now. Absolute nonsense

  • Dr_Jon John Michael Leslie (@Dr_Jon) reported

Last Night I watched The Simpsons Movie, which I've never seen before but had recorded on my (newer of 2!) Freeview PVR in Jan 2013 (as I worked out from the Ads). Those Ads were actually the most interesting part - apparently the iPhone 5 has a whizzy new Do-Not-Disturb feature!

  • MixedSpur Andrew (@MixedSpur) reported

Awful picture for this U21 match. Like watching Freeview on a smart tv.

  • EE EE (@EE) reported

@liampdwyer Thanks for getting back to us, Liam. This service can be accessed on freeview on channel 236, or if you're watching on the app. If it's hardly working, it'll be best to reset your TV box, and possibly your broadband.

  • chrisk_nature ChrisK.Nature (@chrisk_nature) reported

@Artemisfornow They should make 'over-air' broadcast (Freeview etc) free and Charge for iPlayer access which is already behind a paywall of sorts because it asks for your TV License number already Over air programmes have poor Image Quality as it is; why pay for SD quality?

  • JohnRei23687361 John Reid (@JohnRei23687361) reported

I pay for basic TV Freeview at ,250 pound a year but I am still watching the same old **** I watched 3years ago

  • ThatsTVOfficial That's TV (@ThatsTVOfficial) reported

@Greyadder Are you a Freeview viewer? If so please direct message us and we will see if we can help you

  • SarahLouisaColl Sarah Louisa Collins (@SarahLouisaColl) reported

Come on Freeview, sort out the signal in Hastings!!! @freeview

  • ihatemogs Micheál O'Fiach (@ihatemogs) reported

@crusaders1898 @andrewhdonohoe @Saraita101 No because it's called Saorview here, uses slightly different technology and doesn't carry BBC channels, only RTÉ and a few other domestic channels. Freeview, the UK system, is available in border areas where the signal leaks over the border, impossible to change.
