Sky have rights to other sports too, so a netflix football service would be yet another thing to pay for if you like multiple sports. More football needs to be on freeview channels like BBC and ITV.

They've also ended customer support on here and UK based customer calls. The app regularly messes up now, doesn't recognise you've paid and you end up getting charged again 😑

According to my local tv aerial guy we have only another 18 months of satellite service left, we latched onto a S.Korean one. Freeview will disappear, everything will have to be subscription.

AAC was chosen for Freeview HD because Dolby had no equivalent receiver-mix audio desc'n support in 2009ish when the platform was standardised.

I see them on freeview on DMAX at 7pm, but never available on HBO Max other than a 10 min compilation?It's not possible to get the DMAX show on catch up so it's quite poor compared to before moving to HBO.
