@virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

@TalkingPicsTV Hello. Watching at about 4.35 pm on Monday 24th the Sky TV picture was completely lost from your channel and went off air. All other channels were fine. Also okay on Freeview but I missed the end of the film. At 4.48 pm it is still without a, signal. What's up?

@tinytwink The poor shouldn't have anything they have to work for. Big screen TV - nope. Netflix - what's wrong with Freeview? Mobile phone - can't they walk to the phone box on the corner that was disconnected five years ago. They think if you're poor you should suffer or not be poor.

@virginmedia As many people on here that had the same problem I don’t think it’s an issue where service checker says there is a problem and only happened for one event, other times it seems to be ok just yesterday was an issue and had to turn on freeview instead

@conciergemaree I have a Hisense tv- I tried pressing the red button but didn’t work. When you go to channel 7 do you get the Freeview bar down the bottom? Can just press across to get to 7plus

@FreeviewTV People shouldn't waste their money. Freeview ourages have been horrendous recently. You note a few most reports but don't list all the areas affected, which include most of the country. No access to TV at all is most recorded complaint but many have total blackout. Make it work!

@robert_t_bruce I guess the real issue is that there doesn't appear to be a decent like-for-like replacement for VodafoneTV. Some options include the Freeview streaming app, but that is hugely undermined because it will be shutting down later in the year.
