@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

@giffgaff. Made complaint via email 9.7. Told a reply within 5 days for reply. It is now 28.7. Any chance of contact being made. First time I’ve had an issue with yrselves. Lack of communication a second bigger issue

@Readyornotq Hi there. We've had another look into this for you and our service should now be working fine in this area. Please can you reboot your phone off and on again, and then perform a manual roam to refresh your connection to the network, as this should help. - giffgaff Tasbiya
