Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

Teresa Askew (@Tcorona35) reportedterrible service from @yorkshirebank. Step mum banks with them and can’t receive text messages from them only (they say it’s @giffgaff and GG say not). Codes coming to me, i send on and still the account is locked and she’s getting nowhere on the phone. Time to change bank!
