    @just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.

    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    @m1ke_ellis I used to like giffgaff but o2 service was crap were we live . No signal in house or garden

    @VodafoneUK I was told my number porting from giffgaff was complete. It seemed to work then has reverted to the old number. Please help

    Got a 3rd phone from giffgaff to replace the refurb that I purchased over a year ago. This one doesn't work either. I think I am done trying to get a working phone from them and am just going to change provider. Do not buy refurbished phones from giffgaff.

    @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

    @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

    Raised a complaint with @giffgaff on 20th Feb, despite constant chasing still can’t send messages, access voicemail or receive calls… agent responses just say thank you for your patience please bear with us. Really poor customer service ….

    Ah apparently @giffgaff no longer offer free EU Roaming the greedy *****. Well I needed a reason to finally switch good job you lost a customer over £8. Pricks.
