You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

It's been crap for 10 days or so and I've lost earnings because of it ! 😔 U claimed last week it would be sorted then u just changed the date . Says 8pm tonight will be back on but I doubt that. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?
