@_moottt @giffgaff Shoddy &shabby repair team & a customer care team who pay lip service. We have been so patient and understanding - until now. Three phone replacements and still a faulty phone later. Two months of total frustration, endless hours filling in faulty phone forms online to no avail.
@_moottt @giffgaff Giff Gaff won’t replace like for like. We’re giving them one final chance to redeem themselves before we try the small claims process. They’re recycling reconditioned phones when the initial problem was our new but faulty iPhone bought new from them! @Mattallwright @BBCWatchdog
@JaneChiltonNews @giffgaff Hopefully it won’t end up that way but I honestly won’t bother asking for another replacement. I’d rather just cancel the direct debits for paying it off and get a brand new one from apple themselves. Which is a shame because I’ve been with them as a network for a few years now
@_moottt @giffgaff Don’t build your hopes up. You’re probably at the start of a long and frustrating journey and will probably end up like us, wasting days with endless returns, while dealing with a remote customer service team, never in person, only online through a clunky non user friendly site.
@JaneChiltonNews @giffgaff I bought a refurbished one and they offered to replace it no hesitations but I’ve been sent another refurbished “like new” one and I’ve noticed in the last few hours that the screen is incredibly buggy and flickers/glitches a lot. If I can’t fix I’m not going to bother again
@giffgaff Him Indoors is now putting the SIM card in the old phone bc my account says they'll text me with the answer to my query. This process is not easy, & Him Indoors is an experienced sys admin/network security guy who is very tech savvy. I am just lost.

@giffgaff I'm able to get intermittent service. It is worse than your tracker is letting on. My partner has been texting me all day and they've only all just come through as a batch now - yet I can't text back.
@nicknak04or40 @giffgaff I used all the 40gb in my plan now im on the slow lane. Im still waiting for a sim to arrive for another network for truely unlimited without speed restrictions
