What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

Asked for pac code and was given it and told any credit on account would be lost!!! This credit is what Ive been complaning about for months. OFTEL NEXT STOP

Had issues with a surburban area yrs ago where there was no signal etc not sure if there can be blind spots between masts. It could also be something in the construction/materials of you're home. Sounds crazy I know but possible
