    If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you canโ€™t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website itโ€™s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you donโ€™t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

    @giffgaff I have just ordered a new SIM for my son (1st phone). The activation code nor the serial number is working. States both are invalid. Tried using the chatbot but no luck resolving the issue

    @giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isnโ€™t available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Donโ€™t you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isnโ€™t really an excuse

    @giffgaff They did. They said they canโ€™t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle
