    If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you canโ€™t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website itโ€™s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโ€™ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโ€™ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

    I'm so disappointed about giffgaff suspended my SIM card. As a Chinese, I consistently feel discriminated by the rest of the world. I'm trying to exodus to a normal country to be treated like an ordinary earth human being. I just need some basic AI service natively as they are.

    @giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract canโ€™t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..
