@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

Your own cust service team don't know either - I tried twice both, times they promised a call back because they were unable to identify the issue. @callamia @giffgaff Do you have an iPhone and if so do you have wifi assist switched on (the default setting is on)? If so whenever you wifi signal drops or gets a bit weak your iPhone will use mobile data which you'll be charged for.

@1CarolineBerry All these MVNOs eg voxi giffgaff, talk mobile are all fine providing you don't need to talk to someone. I've been on talk mobile (Vodafone ( and found them brilliant . Online chat resolved issues quickly. I'm sure Voxi would be the same.
