    @SophieEB @giffgaff @ThreeUK Giffgaff is great and when u go abroad I just buy a local sim and you still use your UK number on wats app. So much cheaper!Obviously only works if your phone is not locked to a particular network tho! X

    Okay, so it’s not just O2. People on other networks are having issues too O2, Three, Vodafone, EE, Giffgaff with most the issues BT, Tesco Mobile & Virgin Media with a few

    Hey @giffgaff I started using your network just over a year ago. Since switching I frequently experience a loss of internet connection which only re establishes after I turn my phone off and on again. Any ideas why this might be? Thanks in advance.

    @DanJay946 @EE @ThreeUK @giffgaff You know they use the O2 network. You’d get a better performance with them instead of giffgaff.

    @Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.

    @MaryKenny4 The only time you get contacted by say giffgaff as an example is when have not topped a number for so long and even then they don't phone, they'll text or email. To prevent Junk Calls, never give your main number to anyone other than F&F, Dr, Bank, Work/School, or get 2sim phone

    Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

    To be honest, since covid no self respecting person in London has used O2, or the other cheap one. We all use EE or GiffGaff, signal still **** but wayyy better 👌🏿

    @giffgaff my bank account the other day was hacked but the bank stopped it so my account is blocked until I get my new card. My month payment hasn’t gone through because of this issue
