Been with @giffgaff for almost 10 years & been very happy with the service I’ve received. Unfortunately I’m looking at purchasing an Iwatch with cellular as this would be ideal when I’m out running. Does giffgaff have any intention on supplying eSIM facilities for its customers?

  • onvelscope8 chris blm swale (@onvelscope8) reported

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK "Giffgaff runs on the 02 network, therefore Giffgaff will work fine on 02 and unlocked phones. You just need to make sure that your sim is fully activated and that you have the correct Giffgaff settings saved onto your 02 or unlocked phone."

  • stoneycatt Stoneycat (@stoneycatt) reported

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK We've had problems with @VodafoneUK too, they promise to sort mistakes out when you talk to them, but don't actually do anything. 🤬 Given up on them. Can't wait till contacts up and we can move! We've also got some with Giffgaff. No problems so far🤞

  • Withampiscator DTeasdale-Brown (@Withampiscator) reported

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Switch to @giffgaff for the people by the people. No interest to declare just a satisfied customer.

@Mayaaargh Hi Maya. If you still have no service, please DM us your full postcode and we'll check for any issues in your area. - giffgaff Janine.

  • sellis1808 sarah ellis (@sellis1808) reported

@aminart I moved to Giffgaff ages ago and bought reconditioned phones from there. No problems, flexible contracts and the phones (all iPhones) were reasonable cost.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@jackthalford Hi Jack. These two phones take the same size SIM card, so you should have no issues with just moving the SIM across to your new phone - giffgaff Jade

  • issieingram Isobel Ingram (@issieingram) reported

@giffgaff HELP! My niece has been cut off due to being out of the UK for over 60 days... she's in the Royal Navy! Is there anything we can do in this situation? Surely our troops are exempt from this rule??

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@ddphotograph @giffgaff If he never activates the giffgaff sim that comes with the phone he'll get any further charges from them it'll just be a one off payment but if you're not already a giffgaff member there's no way to avoid having to buy a goodybag with the phone unfortunately.

  • carlaclarke2 carla clarke (@carlaclarke2) reported

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Giffgaff never had a problem in 6 years
