Jamie Malley (@JamieLichtie) reported from Frome, EnglandThe unremitting crapness of “chat bots” for customer service is unbelievable. Wanted to move from vodafone to @VOXI_UK (which they own). Given up as it just goes round in circles. Giffgaff it is then…
-
Sam Machin (@sammachin) reported from Cleeve, England@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own
-
Lucie K (@Lucie84) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

. (@cyberco) reported from Bathford, England@m1ke_ellis I used to like giffgaff but o2 service was crap were we live . No signal in house or garden

Woody Knows (@Woody3704) reported@SamRobi90967600 @hewantswealth Yh unlimited data isnt exactly unlimited Giffgaff has a 650GB limit. If you break it twice in a year then they can apparently just deactivate your account and refuse service. I only used around 900GB once. & that was because of watching netflix + post PC format game downloads

That Josh Guy (@thatjoshguy69) reported@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

Sebatron (@Sebatron7) reported@giffgaff mobile and data signal has been down all day from east London through to Central London. When will it be back on?

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are 💯 with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
-
Roj (@roger_payne) reported@EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Ryan Wolf (@RyanJWolf) reported@giffgaff what is up with your signal in the south of the UK? Every time I’m working down here it’s next to impossible to get a signal! @VodafoneUK @EE is your service any better??
