@giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

  • TimWorth1 τ!m ω0ɍ†ɧ (@TimWorth1) reported from Bristol, England

I'm now with @giffgaff still using the @O2 so signal with them still be the same but no hidden and nasty price rises

  • cyberco . (@cyberco) reported from Bathford, England

@m1ke_ellis I used to like giffgaff but o2 service was crap were we live . No signal in house or garden

  • JamieLichtie Jamie Malley (@JamieLichtie) reported from Frome, England

The unremitting crapness of “chat bots” for customer service is unbelievable. Wanted to move from vodafone to @VOXI_UK (which they own). Given up as it just goes round in circles. Giffgaff it is then…

  • sammachin Sam Machin (@sammachin) reported from Cleeve, England

@foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

  • ademuyiwaayeni SOFT-King 🇬🇧🇳🇬 (@ademuyiwaayeni) reported

@giffgaff can my number be restored on your network again?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@ChericoRoo Hello there, giffgaff uses the O2 network. Our goodybag plans can be used in the EU and selected destinations. You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period, with data use capped at 20GB per goodybag. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

  • JasmineDunn Jasmine Dunn (@JasmineDunn) reported

@giffgaff Giffgaff Network *not available* for voice calls here. Texts 'waiting for connection' also. NO SIGNAL. WHY? Please help @giffgaff

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@AlxMakes If there is no service once our community is updated to resolved, and 24 hours has passed, it may be worthwhile trying a new SIM swap. If that doesn't work Alex, reach out to us again. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • NickyLovell_17 Nicholas Lovell (@NickyLovell_17) reported

@giffgaff what's with your network. Past month or so it's been slow. Takes ages to even watch a YouTube video. Horrible. Might switch

  • iconickari ig : lavongardekari (@iconickari) reported

Giffgaff NEVER have signal it’s insane, I switched to virgin but I still have a few weeks to go, I can’t, I actually want to change NOW

  • GreatScottLP Scott (@GreatScottLP) reported

Is @giffgaff being slow as molasses for anyone else right now? Case in point, I've been trying to send this tweet with full bars of 4GLTE for about 20 minutes...

  • ChericoRoo Cherico 🌻 (@ChericoRoo) reported

@giffgaff @JebbleG Sadly that rules you out for us. Our mobile signal at home is at best one bar so wifi calling is essential. Voxi have given less than a months notice that they are removing EU roaming due to ‘costs’ but refuse to reduce our plan price to compensate.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@AlxMakes Yikes. Did she complete a SIM swap Alex, or how did she move her number across? When was this completed? If a SIM swap was carried out, this can take up to 24 hours to process and have full service on the new SIM. - giffgaff Jeanette
