@macauleyharris Oh dear, Macauley. Please try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that helps. If you have the same problems after that, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser, or device. - giffgaff Emer.

FFFS @giffgaff now you're **** website is not sending the 2 Factor Authentication codes which you forced users to enable but they cannot disable 😡🤬 Seriously patients close to expiring now with your antiquated crap support system & NO phone support number.

@giffgaff The card company did today. I have gone to your help page and attempted to get help but no response yet. I would prefer to speak to someone asap.

"SIM swap is not possible between 9:30 PM and 4:30 AM" what the actual **** @giffgaff Do you have to turn off the server so the hamster running in a wheel powering it can get a drink of water or something

  • indyrikki rikki (@indyrikki) reported

@giffgaff @Ben43178051 Might be worth @giffgaff updating your "Service Update" page, which is confusing all of us by telling us that the website, app and login are all operational, when clearly they are not!

  • MetaVapour Meta Vapour (@MetaVapour) reported

Less than 10 minutes has passed @Twitch. Triple advert break again. Middle advert weirdly louder again but not as bad as last time. Last advert the loudest. Literally can't remember the first advert. Tuned it out. Don't drink @redbull or use @giffgaff.

  • Anton_A__ Anton A (@Anton_A__) reported

@giffgaff @UswitchUK How could this network be the best, for price I would agree but the internet when out and about is really bad as I struggle to get any unless I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi

  • MetaVapour Meta Vapour (@MetaVapour) reported

19 minutes this time. Slightly better? @RedBull again. An amazingly loud advert for @Crocs. Literally never going to buy them. Nice targeting. Got @giffgaff again. Never going to wear me down. Do they think this constant repeating programming works?

  • cafayracer FAY (@cafayracer) reported

@O2 & @giffgaff when are you going to finish whatever it is you’re doing that affects those in Chippenham and Calne? Loads of us still without any service as soon as we’re without WiFi and it’s been going on for about 2 weeks now…
