@VodafoneUK despite the fact that my elderly mother's Doro phone was bought direct from Doro, you have managed to lock her phone up when we tried to change from your pay as you go to GiffGaff. This phone is for emergencies. Please help.

  • MintlilyMktg Samantha Varriale (@MintlilyMktg) reported

@giffgaff I've been using ID mobile for the past year, but I have also tried my giff gaff SIM in the affected phone and that doesn't work either, pointing to the phone being the issue

  • Lisacshotmail Lisalashes (@Lisacshotmail) reported

@giffgaff the service is poor, if customers have queries you should have people to answer their queries, i have a 2nd sim i need replacing asap, and no assistance to enable me to do so, this isn’t acceptable!

  • theartbaglady “ayeee” babes (@theartbaglady) reported

@giffgaff Still not working. I think I’ll just change to 02. This is ridiculous

  • nicolajsmith93 Nicola J Smith (@nicolajsmith93) reported

@giffgaff Hi, I have a sim that was activated back in February. All of a sudden today, I cannot make any texts or calls. Can someone get back to me please? It’s really annoying that that you need to login to talk to an agent (which I cannot do). Thank you

  • messagewords Tim Gray (@messagewords) reported

@PonyPonyPony4 If it helps, you could get a Giffgaff sim and buy a one-month 'goody bag' (though of course that would mess up calls /typingpastbedtime). Hope you find a solution.

  • MikeHenson Mike Henson 🙉🙈🙊 (@MikeHenson) reported

@bazzacollins I had reliability problems with GiffGaff/O2 with my alarm system so I bought a SIM from Libara/Vodafone which has given me a consistent reliable signal. I bought it through U-Switch and got a discount - I pay £3.50 a month but I do only send text messages.
