Lucie K (@Lucie84) reported from Midsomer Norton, England@giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

I’ve contacted three and they said the phone is locked. This is out of order. I’m going on holiday next week and no one answers me! Can this be sorted ASAP
