    @giffgaff Hi, I have done this and also raised a complaint with DPD. You will need to contact DPD for details. I will be forced to initiate a charge back on my credit card soon if things don't start moving forwards soon.

    @m1ke_ellis I used to like giffgaff but o2 service was crap were we live . No signal in house or garden

    @foamcow @benlumley Well its O2’s radio network but the image compression would be in the Mobile Data core and IIRC GiffGaff doesn’t share that with O2 they have their own

    @giffgaff your a bunch of THIEVES, i tried getting a 10 quid goodybag and the akrtime credit went down by 1p WHILE I WAS TOPPING UP, so i left it for tomorrow and went to bed, the next day my airtime credit has run out, that was my last tenner, GONE

    @giffgaff impossible to phone you so how do we report that a mobile number has been fraudulently moved to you? Our PAC code has been fraudulently obtained and used to move our number to GiffGaff. Help.

    @Millieleosmum @giffgaff A problem occurred with the last version of the app that caused the credit and goodybags to disappear,if you update your version or uninstall and install the latest one it'll cure itself.

    @MoneySavingExp Nope. I was on contract with Vodafone who messed pur bills up every month. Switched to giffgaff 11 years ago and will never change

    @PaulBrownEFC I came out of my iPhone contract two years ago switched to giffgaff £10 a month and does me. Best thing I did to cut the bills down 👍
