Data still not working. I’ll be glad when I ditch @giffgaff

  • MXOFO Lee (@MXOFO) reported from Newburn, England

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff No phone signal where you live? That sounds nice Actually

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

  • SixCylinderDean Dean (@SixCylinderDean) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Hey @giffgaff can you get onto O2 about the mobile signal in Sunderland City Centre, it’s almost impossible to even load twitter.

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

  • ohitore オーハイトー 🌸 (@ohitore) reported

@littleworldbeka @EE My contract’s up on the 24th so I’m going SIM only with GiffGaff, unlimited texts/calls and 30GB of data for £15 a month. I’ve been a customer with EE for nearly 15 years and it’s sad they don’t offer anything for long term loyalty as I like their service otherwise!

  • joannaaa Joanna Hemingway (@joannaaa) reported

Really disappointed with the patronising responses I’m getting from @giffgaff agents. “I’m sorry you didn’t see the info that was sent you” - when I was never sent the info! Going round in circles asking for info to be resent and them being told it has already been sent! 🙈🙈🙈

  • lostlotsfound soul exhausted. (@lostlotsfound) reported

@giffgaff your web service is down?

@giffgaff how do I cancel a goodybag so I can start a new one straight away I've nearly run out of data... ?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Elisha_jadexo Within the settings for the Samsung text, please ensure that your mobile number is correctly shown, as sometimes this can be showing the original SIM number and not any transferred number and can cause these issues. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • Markngaz1 Mark (@Markngaz1) reported

@giffgaff It's OK it's just my data is not working or when it dos its sooo slow I'll give giffgaff a few weeks to fix it and hopefully it will get better otherwise I'll have to join a different network it's important that my data always work kind regards

@santanderuk Following on from my tweet of yesterday regarding contacting yourselves re mortgage I did hang on the phone for ages and eventually it transferred me to giffgaff voicemail !!. Come on Santander I’m trying to negotiate a new deal here I’m not making a complaint (yet)

  • Zebsmattz ZebsMattz (@Zebsmattz) reported

@Chutzpah84 @giffgaff How much is Giffgaff these days? There are a few options for no contract sims that we've tried eg smarty, lebara. You can try them for a month and cancel if no good. Lebara has 15gb for 7 quid and half price for 3 months!
