Hey @Ofcom we have been having issues with our mobile number that’s with @giffgaff no calls/texts from EE are coming through! (pretty basic part of service) Reported to @giffgaff beginning of August - still not resolved. (Suspect it’s been going on for much longer) can you help?

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@giffgaff I do this regularly and also restart phone. Nothing works. I can literally be reading a page and not moving and my connection dithers between 3G,4G and H+ I even get an empty triangle with zero service whilst sat still.
