    @giffgaff Bonus credit missing, reported. Initially got knocked back (wrongly) so I queried it, explaining. quick resolution (and apology), and more than adequately sorted. Kudos to your team.

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE This is why I buy my phone outright, and use a PAYG network for my personal line and a 1 month rolling SIM-only deal for my second line used for work (yes, they pay me an allowance). That way I'm not tied into anything and if giffgaff or Three annoy me enough I can easily move.

    @giffgaff "A giffgaff agent" suggests a person and badly designed Q&A pathways are not a person. Community members are people, however i presume they are volunteers and their responses to others asking the same question as myself didn't help either 🧡

    @iamhamesh @idvck Giffgaff has very good sim-only deals. I've not paid more than about 8 quid a month for years now. I went down to six quid at one stage.

    @__Frolliks__ Giffgaff actually runs on 02 network so both of them are the same thing. 3 is way better than both of them

    @weechubbs @beverleyturner @virginmedia Have you never heard of uSwitch??? My home broadband is Β£21.50 on NOW My mobile phone is unlimited calls & 15gb data at Β£6,95 month SIM only (Lebara Vodafone 1 month notice contract) keeping my perfectly good phone running. Switching is easy O2 needed? Go to GiffGaff.
