I am suggesting that your email could have included the answer so that the customer got there faster. Instead you force your customer to find data services, name/password/login a portal to read it.

Thomas Davies (@thomasdavies) reported@steve228uk @SupercutsUK @ICOnews That might be your service provider. My partner is on Giffgaff and they ban texts to shortcode numbers and I don’t believe offer a way to in-ban sending texts to shortcodes. Assuming, it’s a shortcode number!
