I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

David Thomas (@DavidTh55952799) reported@giffgaff Not impressed that there isn't a direct way to make contact with an agent. Bank switch system has worked well with all other direct debit I have. I manually updated Giffgaff my account after it just stopped. It's only by good fortune that I'm able to hot spot to raise this issue
