I have cleaned out cache and cookies and history, I have used 2 browsers. No joy. Using mobile banking I get message something went wrong. Your status says everything is fine! When will a normal service be resumed.

Queue for ten minutes with change bags to pay in to be told I have to know the amount I’m paying in so he can “check my workings”. Went to the post office and they took it without question - and paid it into my HSBC account 🤯

I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
