@HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

@HSBC_UK Harborne your customer service is lacking. Queue for ten minutes with change bags to pay in to be told I have to know the amount I’m paying in so he can “check my workings”. Went to the post office and they took it without question - and paid it into my HSBC account 🤯

@ntrav99 @HSBC_UK @ntrav99 Hey mate, I had to call them in the end as I needed to make a transfer. We did a reinstall but you need to be on the phone with them to get a new Secure key. Just speculation but the app has been overhauled so whatever process is supposed migrate on our phones is broken

@HSBC_UK - Trying to login to the app on my phone. It says an activation code will be sent to my number (correct number). I have asked it to resend 20 times over the last 20mins and still nothing? I don't want to phone you, I just want the app to work. Is that possible?

@HowzaDoo @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @lelaakxi to me and they help me recover my account back. He’s an expert.
