    @HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.

No communication throughout any of this without chasing them myself. And even when I do get through I don’t get answers. Will be happy to move to NatWest!!
