@HSBC_UK I've never experienced more shocking service from a bank in all my life! I'm from South Africa and our 3rd world banks are many times the superior to the service you offer HSBC! The branch workers refer me online only, your website is unhelpful, and no humans on phone!

@HSBC_UK your complete incompetence had left my daughter at university with no money as he cannot access the money in the account as the pin you send her keeps getting lost. Received the card 8/8. 3rd pin apparently on way. 1/2
