@HSBC_UK 1.5 hrs and eventually got through , nearly put phone down as was answered by someone who really struggled using English to handle my query , with me having to use phonetics to get myself understood ..not big , not clever

@RosieJess13 @HSBC_UK I got the same one, I don't even have a bank account (credit union). Sadly a lot of people will fall for it. SMS is terrible for impersonation.

Shocking support provided in support of my Section 75 claim @HSBC_UK. 4 months+ for a response, only for that response to not have read previous paperwork. Now holding for 35 mins plus with no answer - looks like you'll say/do anything to stall. @MoneySavingExp

@HSBC_UK hi - I've sent a DM. I'm locked out of the mobile app and website. Because of numerous attempts after a 'system error'. Cannot reset my password without calling you and I've tried now for over a week. As it stands I can't access my account at all.

The service a @HSBC_UK has let itself down lately. Setting up a joint account, told it takes48hrs, don't hear anything for week to be told "need more info", told another 48hrs and don't hear for 2 weeks. Complain, 10 days later hung up on after an hour on hold #HSBC #disappointed

@HSBC_UK Why dont you man the number 03457 404404 and answer customer calls instead of gratuitous self applause , been holding 50 minute to get telephone security number so I can then use online banking and not clog up telephone lines
