    Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK The genuinely funniest thing to me in the responses is a lot of people confused at what HR departments do. Like, imagine being this angry at name tags that help people and pointing at things other departments do to "own them". Really support this easy and supportive move.

    @HSBC_UK Why is it vital people get to be themselves in the work place? Most people have a work persona, this is especially true in customer facing roles. You don't get tp be yourself at work, you never have. At work you're expected to be professional.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks Alison, and they didn't, and I'm glad they didn't as it would have been even more annoying. Why should I need a reader? It's not a me problem that texts and app notifications aren't working, it's very much a you problem. Not a customer first solution at all.
