HSBC Issues Reports Near Butcombe, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Butcombe and nearby locations:

  • trpritchards Tracey #footballmum (@trpritchards) reported from Bristol, England

Currently thousands of customers able to use their @HSBC_UK cards to pay for anything or access their online banking. Disgraceful

  • littlegibbo Little Gibbo (@littlegibbo) reported from Long Ashton, England

@HSBC_UK my 80+yr parents are fed up with not being able to talk to anyone at the bank. Every number goes to a non UK call centre, they don’t know security numbers, they just want to be able to speak to a person. What happened to customer service? My mum was in tears.

  • Yippers Amy (@Yippers) reported from Bristol, England

@HSBC_UK Yes after being on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes. I am a new customer; is this the standard wait time which I have to endure to get to an agent?

  • RajnishRazdan Rajnish Razdan (@RajnishRazdan) reported from Bristol, England

@HSBC_UK is your business banking app down? Been trying to log on for two days and it says the servers are down?

  • Yippers Amy (@Yippers) reported from Bristol, England

@HSBC_UK Please refer to ALL previous tweets 👀 you should see that this is resolved; a missed DD and a 60+ minute wait is not a great start for a new customer is it?

  • stillherejust Sue🇺🇦🇬🇧🇪🇺💙 (@stillherejust) reported from Wells, England

@HSBC_UK Banks were bailed out with our money. Suggest you give it back to help those in crisis.

  • MartinRose2 Martin Rose (@MartinRose2) reported from Bristol, England

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

  • SmarrLes Les 💋🥦🥕🍎🥝🧅🌱vegan (@SmarrLes) reported from Peasedown Saint John, England

Why is it so hard to get hold of anyone these days when you have a problem....waiting @HSBC_UK

  • iainf2016 Iain Findlay (@iainf2016) reported

@HSBC_UK She/her/hers pro noun bullshit. The banks need to get a grip and deliver a decent service to customers rather than this woke nonsense.

  • NickSutty Nick Sutton (@NickSutty) reported

@HBiggus @HSBC_UK As long as its not with CajaSur Hampton, cos they are ****** awful

  • silverjock88 Craig (@silverjock88) reported

@BlueMouseEeek @Rebecca32940344 @HSBC_UK Their service is crap too, I’ll definitely be switching banks.

  • Human_Spirit007 Suki (@Human_Spirit007) reported

@yrhenwrach @HSBC_UK Ex-HSBC employees say you're horrible to work for - long hours & terrible wages. Will you be lowering your wages for men that ID as women? Think not. 🤔

  • EddieCussen Eddie Cussen (@EddieCussen) reported

@ShaistaGohir @HalifaxBank @HSBC_UK I imagine that Halifax staff are addressed using pronouns on a daily basis by colleagues and customers. Is there any way that doesn't happen ? They can now choose (it's an optional scheme) to put the pronoun on their namebadge. Can you explain what the problem is with this?

  • iainpdooley Iain Dooley (@iainpdooley) reported

@HSBC_UK Unless you know of a way to send actual banknotes down phone line - I'm one of those weird people who still need to regularly deposit hard cash - I still need to "battle" with parking. Luckily, my fave Post Office has its own car park. Your branches? Not so much.

  • TootHillMedley Lois Addy (@TootHillMedley) reported

@sarinhamac @HSBC_UK Ah no, you have missed the point. I support a voluntary pronoun badge (so long as it is truly optional). What I do not support is a business with a rap sheet of unethical behaviour pretending that their bias in favour of a particular set of ideas is the moral high ground.

  • FredT1tmus FredT!tmus (@FredT1tmus) reported

@HSBC_UK My boss pays me to take care of the company’s financial affairs. ‘Being myself’ is for when I’m not there. Show some professionalism. My wife’s moving her account away from you because you’re a terrible bank. Maybe raise standards by employing people who don’t care about pronouns

  • FreakyCyclist Kashaf Chaudhry (@FreakyCyclist) reported

@HSBC_UK A little confused. Have Halifax mandated that everyone must put their pronouns on their badge or that they support workers that would like to?

  • ArachisHarvard Arachis Harvard (@ArachisHarvard) reported

@HSBC_UK And can they also go and find another account if they don't like it? This doubling down in solidarity with about the rudest customer service response I have ever heard (and I live in the Netherlands!) might not go down too well
