Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

@HSBC_UK Getting told to take down my name and postcode for data security reasons? Your security analytics didn't pick up 28 of the same fraudulent payments in one day. Is Joe Bloggs the fraudster going to write me a letter? At least he would be contacting me, unlike your team.

I’ve just had a nice meal and drinking some quality beer relaxing at the end of a week. Then get an email telling me @HSBC_UK have made another mistake that I’ll have to now piss around trying to solve during working hours. It’s some skill to be so consistently poor.

@HSBC_UK Advised today that only way to make changes to my account was to use the mobile app even though the Premier site advises a phone call. ‘We want everyone to go digital’! I’m told. After 20 years to change methinks.
