@HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

@firstdirect why don’t @HSBC_UK branches let you pay in cash over the counter? Just went to branch to be told deposit machine is down so to use the post office. Not great service!

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

Public beta of iOS 15 is out and it’s still the only app that does not launch. All my other banking apps work correctly with no issues. This happens every year. @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK The process for upgrading from your crazy small SecureKey to the larger one would be painless if you held them in branch. Customer brings old one. Staff provide large format one and register it for customer. Customer leaves happy, no interruption to account access. 2/2

I won’t ever put money to @HSBC_UK , they suspend my acct for no reason and leave me hanging there. Their customer service did not answer my phone, branch in town was closed down, online chat not working. Doesn’t it feel like a scam!?
