You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. The new @itvhub replacement @ITVX is awful. Half the screen on the live player is covered up by the "On Now" side bar that you can't get rid of. The TV Guide link is buried in the corporate links at the bottom of the page. Who designed this?? #UX @ITV
