You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. My experience with scottish power, edf, british gas, southern, eon, octopus (i switch annually for a better deal) is their billing systems dont cope well with change. Mistakes are rarely in the customer's favour. Uninformed customers will get screwed now.
