You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @kelvmackenzie @Tesco @ITV Tesco has eroded the pay and conditions of its drivers for years. Pension, pay,shift patterns there is nothing Tesco management haven't eroded. They are a **** company to work for and happily employed cheap labour from abroad, rather than invest in their own drivers.
