  @JakeWildHall @harriepw @ITV Yes Ofcom is 'above them', you try making a complaint, they wont investigate it and they don't speak directly to complainants. Ofcom's codes and processe are broken.   @Louisam78 @frankie_mclean @AVSTTR @scotgov @hearinglossSCO @Stagetext @NRCPD @Daily_Record The bbc subcontracts their live subtitling to RedBeeMedia all of their long serving stenos redundant 18 months ago. I went a few years earlier as quality was moving down the strategy. Interestingly itv have brought back stenos to cover their day time programming for quality.
