    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @Drystonesonnet @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Natwest are terrible. There is a fb group full of people that have had their accounts shut, can't get their money. I have a savings account with them, and they made me jump through hoops to do a transfer in to my current bank account. They were happy all the while taking my money

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank After similar problems I opened an account with German online bank Nuri. It lets you have euro, BTC and ETH accounts (wallets) and move funds between with no problems. Took about 20 mins to open it.

    @lloydsbank Your online banking service has been appaling for around a month now. Extra security everywhere and even though everything is done right it fails and says it cant confirm payments. literally days from moving banks

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I transferred 3 separate amounts of cash to my son. While waiting for my card to come to me, I could use his card. My internet banking froze and my sons card and banking went down. Wouldnt mind it was a total of 150quid..

    @accountingetc @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Change. Most banks are doing this. I refuse to download apps. Less help I give in the process of technology, the the better we are. I also refuse to create accounts on hospital sites & insist on paper correspondence where ever possible.
