    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank 30 minutes on the support line I raised concern I can clearly hear the business of other customers discussed by other call handlers, This took ages to "pass to a manager" who didn't speak to me but excused the issue by saying "but it is a call centre" Not good enough

    @LloydsBank Hi, is there any way someone can help without having to call? Don't really want to spend any money waiting in a queue… My replacement credit card won't work anywhere, but my account says it's active and there's nothing I need to do but start using it… Frustrating!

    @MorganBroadcast This is awful. When I was scammed out of thousands by phishing; and criminals managed to access my phone bank details - @LloydsBank were very kind/quick and rectified the whole event for me. I’m so sorry this is not the case for you.

    @LloydsBank at what point can I expect to speak to someone from the fraud department? Have now been on hold for 1 hour 30 mins. This is shocking customer service.

    @LloydsBank can you advise if there are any problems with the internet banking app? My dad is having problems making payments to a new payee and it won’t display his account balance! This has been going on since Friday

    @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Holy crap, just tried it on the @LloydsBank banking app and I can see the pin codes on my debit and credit card. No ID check beyond login. That's insane!!! So Lloyds customers are just as vulnerable. How do banks think this is okay?!

    @LloydsBank Im still having issues with the app. I cant log on and it keeps saying my password is incorrect when it is 100% the correct one. I tried changing it several times but it nothing is working.
