    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi, just opened a current account. Have access to online and mobile banking but how soon will it take to receive debit card? There's no information regarding that on the app!
