    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank Thank you. I knew it was a scam for a number of reasons. Just thought I should report it to someone. Perhaps you can add that email to your website? It only seems to cover what to do if you have fallen for a scam.

    @LloydsBank club Lloyd rewards, on the phone over 45 mins with various people passed from pillar to post get nowhere fast call now dropped without any help, even been to branch told by them nothing to do with them. Shocking customer service.

    @AlisonTarrant The horses are indeed very beautiful. Unfortunately, they are being used to camouflage a subpar service and abusive business practices by @Lloydsbank. The animals are exploited in a cynical marketing ploy, much the same as 'adorable' puppies in adverts for children. #ByYourSide

    @LloydsBank Okay, got it. I will check if the account is dormant. In regards to the closing, if I write a letter with the instructions, will it be an issue to ask the bank to transfer my balance to an foreign account? Do I just need to include the IBAN for the transfer?

    @LloydsBank hi, i am trying to do an online remortgage app and whichever format of payslip doc i try to attach it says it cant accept. Tried pdf, jpeg, bmp, png. None work. And on help but it has no supported formats listed. Any ideas? Thanks.

    @LloydsBank Just one or two transactions, but that was it. I do have access to Internet Banking; should I try to transfer money to another account or make a payment to see if it works?

    Dear @LloydsBank. Have called on multiple occasions about this, but you keep ignoring me. Stop texting me about another customer! You've now told me his full name, last 4 digits of account no, as well as the branch he frequents. Am sure @ICOnews would love to hear about this.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds are now saying Final Response dated 14th Dec was sent to wrong address? But how can that be, I contacted @Lloydsbank Customer Services on the 14th of Jan, one month after 14th Dec., and they said they would send out a Final Response ASAP? Acting in good faith??#ByYourSide
