    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank The app is not working. I am able to use the desktop site whenever I am using my computer. But it's the app I use most. I have called your team several times, I have atleast 5 reference numbers for this same issue

    @LloydsBank Hi, I’m getting an sca required decline message when making an online transaction. My mobile number is up to date on the app and the website itself doesn’t refer me to the app or anywhere else for authentication. Is this a problem with website or with the bank? Thanks

    @LloydsBank I’ve been on the phone an hour again and no one wants to do anything about it. I’m livid this is appalling service . The money was taken back with no notice given the direct debit guarantee states any wrongful payments will have to be returned when the company ASKS.

    Writing to ask anyone i know to avoid at all cost using @LloydsBank they are horrendous. Organisation i am involved in haven't had access to their money for over 2 months, now facing legal action. Complaints to CEO #CharlieNunn waste of time, this situation is making people ill!
