@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank so you message me saying I need to make a payment on my credit card…..then the app is down so I can’t make a payment. I assume il get charged for a missed payment then? Hardly fair is it?
