@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

@LloydsBank not happy with customer service. On call for 25 mins trying to set up telephone & internet as an POA. Last adviser said she couldn’t transfer me back to previous team (they said it could be transferred back) then she just cut me off!!!

@LloydsBank I'm unable to use my card as you suspect fraudulent activity. I have now been on hold waiting to speak to an advisor for 1 hour & 10 mins. Surely if you block my card, you should call me? I was the person trying to make a purchase & now Im stuck on hold. Advice?
