@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank 6+ hours on the phone (internationally from Ireland) and still no further forward making a transfer for elderly relatives. 85y/o, doesn’t do online banking, can’t access her money. Appreciate checks are required but Lloyds systems exclude the elderly and others

Hello @LloydsBank I just called the bank to get some help with one my accounts and the rep told me literally " can you do me a favour sir? can you go f*** yourself?" Who could I talk for this lovely customer service experience? I have all the details of the call to trace it.
