@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank So that's no help whatsoever, local bank basically closed to anyone that works and mobile bank is not even in same county. I assume you don't want new accounts and we should look elsewhere for a bank

@LloydsBank is there any way to contact you when a customer is abroad? I haven’t been able to come through at all with the phone number provided for customers abroad and I’m trying to resolve and issue with my account.

@LloydsBank No, I have been in a very frustrating multi hour phone round, no explanation on that just that there was a note in the file that it couldn't be verified. I don't have my original phone and I can't get voice password so I'm stuck in US with no access to the account.

@LloydsBank Do you have any known problems sending 6-digit passcodes? I've tried to log in twice this morning and received no code on my mobile. Had been fine in previous days, though code was slow to arrive yesterday.

@LloydsBank @care_disaster shocking service from disaster care, no heating for 5 days and still nothing. What would you call an acceptable time frame to be without heating with 2 kids at home? Really poor service from the start
