    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank No worries, I know it’s not your fault, I just cannot believe the stupidity of the situation. Someone needs to have a hard look at the process’s within Lloyds business banking. Maybe learn from the guys within the personal accounts? No issues there.

    So @LloydsBank tightens the security, which is a good thing, but now every payment I make they flag it as fraud and cancel it, and when I call them I'm on hold forever. So wtf?

    @LloydsBank Thanks Lara. There is a problem with your auto approval facility not working which is defaulting all calls to advisors thereby massively increasing phone traffic. This has been going on since before lunch.

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to submit a complaint online but when I press submit it says 'service interruption' - 'request not sent, use the back button and try again'. I've done this 3 times. How can I submit a complaint if your systems don't work?
