    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    Just called @LloydsBank with a query on travel insurance only to be put on hold and cut off. They really should do better than that A contact number for membership services would help.

    @LloydsBank I’m a platinum account holder paying £21pm. It’s impossible to get hold of the travel insurance provider. If I can’t before the holiday I’m going to cancel my account.

    @LloydsBank I have spoken to them today and they said its not their fault as home emergency is outsourced. Premier customers appear to be second class citizens in the Lloyd world now as you don't offer this service anymore but take the monthly fee #misold

    @LloydsBank now waiting >25 minutes to have my call answered so I can complete urgent payments on my LloydsBank credit card which are yet again blocked due to “fraud control”. No online functionality to fix these issues so no choice but to call and wait…and wait…and wait

    @LloydsBank I have just purchased an item online for £171.99, the website took me to Lloyds banking app, I paid, the money has been taken as pending from my account but I never received a confirmation email from the company. Can the transaction be cancelled?
