I had to go to Northampton branch to get some cash as my card was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Customer friendly … not at all.

I called on Thursday and was on hold for 2 hours. When I got through, the caller hung up on me. Please fix this issue

Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

My credit card is supposed to protect me against fraudsters yet its next to impossible to get you to stop a payment. No contact info online for HUMAN interaction. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU WITH MY MONEY!

Andy Shepherd (@AndyJShepPhoto) reported@LloydsBank after the recent issues with people's personal and banking information being visible across the banking groups apps can you disable the feature that allows screenshots to be taken. The Barclays app doesn't allow it and neither should yours.
