@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

The travel insurance @LloydsBank gives its premium customers via @Allianz has shockingly poor customer service. I can’t get any help. No email replies. No returned calls. No payment. I’ve bought other cover for my next trip. Bank needs to reassess this partnership.

@LloydsBank customer services helpline is not fit for purpose. They go out of their way to be as awkward as possible, Jayne Wilson, Complaint Manager, leaves a lot to be desired, as does CEO Charlie Nunn who ignores complaints.

@LloydsBank Obviously, all of these issues could be avoided if I just cancelled and replaced my debit card, like I "should" do. I'll get around to it eventually. But it's really annoying to be told there are alternatives that I can use, which then don't materialise.

@LloydsBank I then spent over an hour panickedly rushing around central London trying to find a Lloyds Bank that's open that day, on a website I now know I can't trust. Eventually *by chance* I find one and it works out, but if it hadn't, I'd have lost my £100 deposit.

@LloydsBank Ive had a Platinum Current Acc for close to 15yrs, which I pay for every month. You reduced my overdraft limit and now, despite 7 calls to you, I can’t get anyone to tell me how to register a new card for the card protection insurance that comes with my account. Help!

@LloydsBank I was given 2 wrong numbers by Complaint Manager Jayne Wilson, who is not fit for purpose. When I was able to call this 24 hour service automated line is open 8 am to 8 pm and JW informed me I need to queue for 40 minutes to an hour (?)
