@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Before going elsewhere - can I check that to open a bank account with bank card, my 11 year will need to do it in store? 2 local branches don't offer this service (and also only open school hours and not weekends!)

@LloydsBank 4/ but the reason I was given boiled down to Lloyds thinking they know by financial situation better than me and how to manage my funds. Kind of insulting policy... But yeah it's day 7 and my money still hasn't been returned.

@LloydsBank Yes, when I called back they just said it is being investigated. The problem was reported by other customers in February, so this answer doesn’t give me any confidence.

@LloydsBank good morning I have asked for a replacement card as never received the new one. And said new cord not ordered and has cancelled my other card. Am I still able to use the app? As I have now no access to my account without?

@LloydsBank Nearest are Loughton or Hainault. Not willing to go to Ilford due to parking issues and the traffic to get there and Walthamstow is within ULEZ. I'll just have to go elsewhere. Many other banks, if the parent banks there, allow online applications for 11 year olds.

@LloydsBank Large amount, the wait is so long that the call cuts out. Managed today as call answered quickly. I am trying again tomorrow. It is the high value transfer team that take so long to answer and then the call length. Really terrible service and the phone banking are no help.

@LloydsBank thank you for the poor customer service this morning at Wellfield road Cardiff, 30 year banking relationship at an end. Trying to get help with a power of attorney bank account, have now gone elsewhere where customer service was much better.
