    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Are we now not permitted to use the Lloyds banking app unless we turn on notifications? When I log in the app takes me through a couple of screens then asks me to turn on notifications & there's no Don't option. I've tried exiting & restarting but it's the same.

    @LloydsBank the worst banking ever. Highly recommend people avoid these. Ive been with them less than a month and only once have I been able to access my online banking. App rubbish, website rubbish and service rubbish. 😒

    Hey @LloydsBank how come you in app customer service is so appalling? Left hanging for 20 minutes with zero knowledge if my request has been actioned or not. Is Ganesh a real person? I assume not. Can I get my money back if you don’t action my request?

    @LloydsBank You have an obligation under the Equalities Act 2010 to provide reasonable adjustments to support disabled customers, such as quiet meeting spaces or accessible communication formats. You are currently failing this.

    @LloydsBank I am a business customer and since November 5th have been unable to make transfers. We were told this was a wider issue for a number of business customers. And told we'd be called back but nothing from you. We're a professional business and need to make transfers to pay our suppliers. HELP!

    @LloydsBank - I have never know so much annoyance with the online banking problem. Problems after problems causing to suspend my account only because I wanted to change passwords none was working or accepting me just barrier! Only got a new card replaced too. What a load of crap!

    @BBCNews @LloydsBank Why would you pay money into employees accounts then watch them use the wages like this? its hugely concerning, the only way round this was not you use your facilities while working for you, which seems counterintuitive for working for you in the first place.
