@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank never seen such a bank. Went to the bank to apply for a loan because of an emergency, and I was told I need to be a customer for 6momths at least. A bank where my salary is domiciled?? I need to quit this bank

@LloydsBank @ProfJuneG To get card PIN in app, you need access to their bank a/c via app. Once there, you dont need debit card & PIN to get their £. Fundamental problem is it is easy to access others bank a/cs via app once you have their phone. I dunno how but thread says many times that it's easy done

@ChrisSavageKing @LloydsBank It does. Was cajoling a quick some at-a-glance info out of them, which I got 3rd time I asked. If someone says "is there anything else we can help with" I reply "yes, can you give me 3 features of your product".
