    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank can’t access the cashback extras in the app, raised a complaint to be told it’s not a bank issue. Why then are multiple users reporting this on this platform and you’re telling them it’s a technical issue?! My complaint wasn’t upheld! Have I been lied to?

    @fesshole Anybody else feeling @LloydsBank isn’t worth staying with ? Customer for over 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card from them after they blocked mine due to sus activity. Their online chat is completely useless. Time to move I think.

    @lloydsbank your fraud dept is absolutely useless ! Been trying to sort an issue for 12 hours now ! Perhaps after banking with you for 50 years it’s time to change , obviously don’t care enough !

    @LloydsBank If they had access to a landline they would have called you! They’re on a remote island ,no immediate neighbours in a beach hut, contract mobile was stolen , only an old PAYG mobile with no calling credit. No cards or cash…. All they want is an email address to message you

    @LloydsBank Hi Nandi, I’ve contacted Keycare directly and I’ll be taking out a policy with them. It’s also been communicated by @LloydsBank that they’re working on a solution for customers to access vehicle insurance via the Lloyds banking app.

    @SkipperTheBear @LloydsBank Am having issues with online banking full stop and have been for 6 months. Even bought a new phone. Still not working. Hoping it will when I get home from my hols as it hasn't been so no idea financially where I'm at. Have been in bank, phoned help 3 times. Nowt. Awful.

    @LloydsBank I've tried absolutely everything multiple times even contacted online banking even they couldn't help, made a complaint, heard nothing back at all from them, just really fed up

    In my opinion i am getting zero useful help from @LloydsBank . I should not be getting upset & having to fight over access that i am due to my @HalifaxBank ISA
