    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    I’ve had enough of @Klarna and @LloydsBank lack of support to simply send a email to one another to sort out a simple issue.!!! Months of me chasing up phoning, emailing, live chats the whole lot and absolutely NOTHING getting solved.! Still not heard back from my complaint.!

    @LloydsBank you have a serious problem with your banking system- I cancelled my card because it was comprised, but the person is still using it and I keep getting notifications for TikTok purchases. I’ve called you so many times and nothing is being done!!! 😡😤
