@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank you've cancelled t my home insurance business. As the flat number at my new address isn't registering with your system. Although Admiral car insurance, British gas, council tax found it. Your customer service operative rude as well. Been with you for 30 years

Spoke to @LloydsBank customer adviser in their Fraud Department who seemed dismissive, unsympathetic and relatively unwilling to help. In my decades plus membership of @LloydsBank I’ve never previously reported a fraudulent payment. Deeply disappointing. /2

@LWSNorthEast @LloydsBank As if Northumberland Street didn't look bad enough at the moment. The Pride March is rerouted down John Dobson St so they won't see Lloyds little display.
