    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank my wife rang to ask for her father’s , in hospital after a major stroke, credit card to be frozen until he recovers/she gets attorney. Before getting help, it was suggested 4 times she should pay the bill. not her debt. Is this morally or ethically acceptable?

    @LloydsBank Hello, I currently have car insurance for my car in the UK. I am currently doing a working holiday visa in Canada. If I change my drivers license to a Canadian drivers license will this affect my insurance our will I have to do anything else?

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to get through to the travel insurers of my Platinum account for days. Today I am still in a queue after 1 hour 50 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Please sort this out as I don’t see why I should pay a monthly fee for such disgraceful service.

    @LloydsBank 3 and half hours on hold so far trying to get through to Lloyd's travel insurance. The worst customer experience I have ever had....

    @LloydsBank Shame the same couldn't be said for the supervisor on duty who hid behind a junior member of staff, who was basically telling me no one could help.

    @LloydsBank Well once I finally got through the service was dreadful. Good job I'm persistent and stood my ground. Managed to get a call back from someone senior who resolved the reason for my call and was very helpful. 1/2

    @LloydsBank my partner applied for loan which was approved on your website. He went to pay the dealer and your website and it wont let him proceed. He has been told to keep checking website each day by customer services who have confirmed they cant see any issues. Is normal?

    @LloydsBank I recently switched my Lloyds account to Santander. An Amazon refund has gone back to my Lloyds debit card. Your advisor is telling me he cannot access my account to check as it is closed and all the information is gone. Please advise what I can do to check.
