    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank OK that's a bit of a problem...as the 1st falls on a diffrent day every month doesn't it and my bill is due no matter what date I pick it may fall on a weekend. In a digital age how can this be a system? How do I work around it?

    @LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

    @LloydsBank No, as I said it’s letting me log in fine via 4G. I have completely removed and reinstalled the app, so it’s up to date. I’m also on the recently released iOS 16 if that makes any difference.

    @LloydsBank Must be a Lloyd thing as @LloydsPharmacy as hellishly slow as well. Never go into the chemists anymore, worth the extra money to have my prescription sent to me.

    @LloydsBank @album_am The app hasn’t been working properly for days . Keeps saying technical issues. Is you are able to log on, then you’re unable to access some essential features . Halifax app having same issues

    @LloydsBank Now that’s interesting. The app works fine on 4G, but not wifi. Yet the website works fine on both. It gets to the point where it scans my Face ID, and then it just hangs on “Authenticating your device”. I’m on virgin broadband if that helps diagnosis.

    @LloydsBank Hi John - I'm fully aware of that but because of the excessive waiting times on your phone line and spending over 5 hours speaking and waiting on the phone with a technical issue that nobody is able to solve so I went into the branch
