@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Tried that they just said go into the cinema and use them! This is happening to lots of customers, it has to be a computer system error. Can’t even book over th phone?

@LloydsBank Today is our submission day. If we change this we need to give a working day's notice meaning the earliest we can submit is monday, processing tuesday, into accounts wednesday. At least if someone can allow us to submit tomorrow money will be in the accounts tuesday
