@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@JimKennett3 @LloydsBank Now and then? They actually didn’t pay our salaries on time last month even though the money had left our employers accounts?! Now this month we can’t even get online to pay our staff tomorrow, before the bank holiday weekend. Terrible service at the moment!

@LloydsBank People who are with @LloydsBank I'd suggest moving away as soon as possible to another bank! Lloyds systems go down way too often and at the worst possible times. Complaints don't work as they always have an excuse and no compensation! #lloydsbank
