@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank The website originally said they dispatch on 22nd every month but that has now been removed off the site. They emailed me on 6th Feb saying it had been dispatched and would be with me in 3-5 days but no tracking number. Paid debit card 4thjan and 4thfeb

@LloydsBank Just downloaded the app to try and change address. Problem is, my postcode is 7 letters (without the space) but your app only lets me input 6 and keeps deleting the last letter, so I can't use your Postcode Finder! Isn't there some way I can enter my address manually?

@LloydsBank tried phoning and after completing security and listening to you plugging app and online Told you are to busy to speak to me and terminated call, Tried the chat bot which wants to transfer me to to a colleague. Now been waiting 30 minutes. Great customer service -not!

@LloydsBank Hello Gillian. Yes. Our mobile/ 4G is fairly nondescript so I use Wi-Fi most of the time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still get the same problem. It’s just frustrating that I log on to do something, can’t do it and then I often forget to try again.

@LloydsBank hey, I cancelled a service with a company within 24 hours which I didn't want. I spoke to them and im still waiting for them to respond to my requests for the refund. At what point do I initiate a charge back?
