    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank what’s the drill if: 1) you are locked out of the app, 2) can’t get through on phone and 3) local branch says they can’t help? Trying to cancel a lost card?

    @LloydsBank Hi Pauline, I tried a different browser and it still didn't work so I ended up calling customer cardholder services (this is for credit cards, not a banking account). They told me the system was down and may not be back up and running till about midday.

    @LloydsBank hi do you when your savings accounts interest rates will be reviewed, I’ve been a Lloyds customer for 30 years and it’s terrible receiving such low interest compared to other banks. Hoping you will sort soon?
