    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    If my experience is anything to go by, don't bother with @financialombuds their service is now dysfunctional. They've started my case twice in the last 18 months, then lost motivation, and gone back to go with no result or progress whatsoever. I was complaining about @LloydsBank.

    @LloydsBank the attitude of your staff member in Folkestone today was awful. I was supporting someone with a learning disability and got spoken to like dirt. Walked straight out and we’ll go to another branch.

    @LloydsBank got transferred to the fraud dept after initially reporting issue with a staff member. Currently been on hold 32 minutes....surely if you've gone through the queue once you shouldn't have to do it again?

    @LloydsBank Very disappointed to have not received a call from branch as promised regarding supporting one of your customers with a visual impairment. Cheque book guides are apparently available but not to this customer who has been trying to obtain one for months now.

    BIG shoutout to @LloydsBank for changing my surname within 24hrs of showing my marriage certificate! @HalifaxBank were incompetent & lost all copies of my confidential paperwork! You might be part of the same banking group but your customer service is miles apart!
