@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

My @LloydsBank card isn't working with online payments. I can pay in-store, use contactless or ask a friend to buy something and transfer them back via the app. But I can't buy my own stuff online e.g. theatre tickets. It's ever so slightly frustrating...

@LloydsBank I have raised a complaint. I have ordered the card 3 times as mentioned earlier. But as you know it is not a customer’s responsibility to order a card the banks sends it. Tbh you are not helping at all. Might be easier to get off twitter and look at complaints raised online.

@LloydsBank The app told me to call 0345 0710209, that advisor said call 0345 300 0116. They said block on acc and transferred me. That person said no block on acc it’s I.T issue, and put me on hold, after 20 mins on hold (an 1.43hrs total on phone) the system put me back in Q.
