@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank 3 hrs in,now told to go to a branch. Trying to to payoff my mortgage with my savings. The mortgage is Lloyds, savings the same. 7 calls, cut off twice, on hold indefinitely x2, no call back, no way thru customer 35 yrs appauling #customerexperience @MartinSLewis

Hi @LloydsBank received an invitation to renew my savings account but the Android app function is not working. Just goes to a blank screen after selecting the option.

Unbelievable treatment of customers by #BirminghamMidshires . Aggressive, unnecessary threatening behaviour against a customer with huge equity in his property. As a shareholder of @LloydsBank I’m disappointed they allow their subsidiary act in this way. #HSOB #LloydsBank

@LloydsBank Seriously what's going on with this customer service? Blocked my accounts, then after a hour with fraud team you let me supposedly access one of my accounts for funds, only for a wasted trip to the shops to be back on this dumb phone for another 2 hours as not sorted
