@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank I can’t add my card to Apple Pay, I’ve spoken to loads of people and they are all experiencing the same issue. The message reads CARD NOT ADDED- contact card issuer for more information. Are your servers down or something???

@LloydsBank Using my debit card, platinum if that makes any difference? Called the number on back of card each time and get transferred all over until someone understands. It’s a communication issue between sage and yourselves since the new security updates.

@LloydsBank Well today it was about my credit score, the other day it was credit cards etc If I’m going to take advantage of those services then I’ll use the desktop website not the app. & as I said when all I really don’t need adverts & notifications during the log-in process.

@LloydsBank Every day this week I've rung you to report a suspected fraud on my account ... but I never get through, other than to be told this is the wrong number for fraud (ie, the one on your website) ... what shall I do? 27' and holding at the moment.

@LloydsBank No as it’s a well known issue as you’ve changed 3D settings. Yes I use the app but it doesn’t get that far, the message says it’s processing and will need to open banking app soon, it doesn’t get any further. I did even open app but there is no where to accept the payment

@LloydsBank The call was answered after 1 hour 22 minutes and the issue was resolved. It was a transfer from customer services to the fraud department If the bank thinks this is good service you need to change your management
