    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    I have made my new complaint about @lloydsbank to the Financial Ombudsman service. The latter were friendly and helpful but there is an extended wait - maybe 4 months - before and investigating officer will be assigned.

    @LloydsBank HelloLynne, I went onto google and your app and tried to access my account and the same… there’s a problem message appeared. The odd thing is this message (like all of them) tells me to try again later!

    @LloydsBank I tried calling the fraud team multiple times but the call was dropped at around the 10 min mark every time while I was waiting for my turn. Is there currently a problem with the fraud team?

    @LloydsBank I'm being told that because of Royal Mail strikes it might be longer and there is no facility to use a courier company to get it out quicker. Do you think leaving customers without access to their money for that long is acceptable?

    @LloydsBank Your help desk said it's acceptable to wait on the phone for 4 hours for a response - is that lloydsbank policy???

    @LloydsBank absolutely terrible shockingly bad service for a bank who i have been with for nearly 24 years! Been scammed by @RollDoorConcept along with others on facebook page rolling door concepts custand 7 phone calls totalling over 3 hours to 3 departments still no help

    @LloydsBank what a shambles of a bank you are got a complaint going through I’m on the phone apparently no customer service team and no manager to deal with complaint got to wait three weeks until you even look into it terrible bank

    @LloydsBank Unfortunately I am unable to call them between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday because of work. That's why I'm keep trying that form. Had this issue been reported to It department?
