    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank can’t access the cashback extras in the app, raised a complaint to be told it’s not a bank issue. Why then are multiple users reporting this on this platform and you’re telling them it’s a technical issue?! My complaint wasn’t upheld! Have I been lied to?

    @PayPoint, I used your service to deposit cash into my @LloydsBank account and one of your merchants tried to levy a charge even though it is a free service. Can you help me raise a complaint? This merchant could be charging other customers fees unlawfully.

    @lloydsbank your fraud dept is absolutely useless ! Been trying to sort an issue for 12 hours now ! Perhaps after banking with you for 50 years it’s time to change , obviously don’t care enough !

    Your ability in computing seems to come down to being able to control people’s bank accounts with no permission to do so. And how is Great Britain doing today ? The bank account happens to be @LloydsBank And this blocking has been going on off and on since March. Do you have an interest in the French scientific advances Lloyd’s ? Do you actually think it is a good idea to let foreign countries control your banking system ?

    @asda and @LloydsBank last Friday used Asda petrol, and put in £30 which has been debited. £99 is still pending on my account - Asda say it’s not their problem and Lloyds won’t do anything unless it’s actually debited. Meanwhile I’ve got £99 in the ether that I can’t use. Help!
