    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LouiseDeafAware @LloydsBank When I had to transfer money, (Santander), I told them I probably would NOT lip-read everything said so text back up would be essential, they used their own computer and it worked fine, no problems.

    @LloydsBank Congratulations. 8 telephone calls today including 1 to your complaints department. Two on line complaints submitted and I have already managed to arrange an appointment to open an account. Now that's what I call customer service, I wonder what you'd call it.

    @LloydsBank Considering it’s a breach in DPA twice! And it’s been open over 7 working days. Leaves a lot to be desired...

    @LloydsBank and my boyfriend closed his help to buy ISA account at HSBC and your customer service rep claimed that HSBC don't do it over the phone either. Which clearly is a lie as he did it today. I'm going to pull all my money out off this useless bank.

    What a hassle with @LloydsBank today. Sent me a refund cheque for issue with house insurance from 2013. Cheque has no name on! Rang them and I have to call the premium phone line to get it changed. Get a grip @LloydsBank
