@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank absolutely disgraceful that I reported a customer of theirs as scamming me out of over 1000 pounds. He gas stated it was payment of bills. This was not. And they dropped the case

@LloydsBank I have been trying to resolve a problem now for 6 months. It has cost you more in trying to deal with the issue than just giving me the money. I filled in the Eco Home reward paperwork months ago. I heard nothing. Called customer services they dont know what to do.
