Anthony W Hague (@WarrenHagueF1) reportedBeen with @HalifaxBank for over 15 years, only bank ive ever banked with, didnt ask for it to be shut down or to be moved to @LloydsBank and i dont want it, i even got my wife to switch from Barclays, if they want to keep me as a customer they need to give me a very good reason
-
Pepe.meister (@g_man755) reported@HalifaxBank @LloydsBank these are the worst banks in the world, Amy a manager is so out of her depth when challenged she disconnected the call - as she didn’t know what Subject Access Request was - bunch of amateurs!
-
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank I suspect you won't find one customer who is pleased to see that feature removed. Nor would I guess you could offer one credible reason why you have removed it other than to admit it's a start to phasing out the desktop option which, in my opinion, is far more convenient.
-
Ryan (Struggling with life NGL) (@ryanyates1990) reportedHonestly I think @LloydsBank should sell off the @HalifaxBank brand instead of scrapping it. Because Halifax have had some really great products & personally, Halifax treated me much better as a customer than Lloyd's ever did.
-
Karen (@Karen1864052966) reportedIf you are a customer of @LloydsBank bank maybe you should rethink this decision
-
Alvin Shipperley (@MrStardust50) reported.@LloydsBank I received an email saying Halifax is moving to Lloyds, and that eventually I will need to use the Lloyds mobile app. So I thought I should download & install it immediately. I tried to log in but I receive the error "Sorry, we're having a few technical problems."
-
John Rawstron (@Watcher372) reported@GregHadfield @LloydsBank Why are you being a **** to customer service agents. Write an email to the bank, see if they have a directors office or something. Call agents have targets, handling times etc. Last thing they need is a bollocking cos they're dealing with some1 like you.
-
Wobbert! (@zzrob98) reported@stephenlaw60 @Caymanguy1234 @LloydsBank Why would I give a **** who you banked with?
-
End the occupation (@NotoOccupation) reported@andrewfeinstein @LloydsBank Yes, and who ordered the debanking and why? Perhaps Lloyds will be required explain to @TheFCA how debanking a customer without explanation is compliant with Consumer Duty rules?
-
Jill Wase (@jill56352) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Remember when they debanked TR and you didn't give a ****, welcome to Maga owen
