@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

Charlie Nunn. @LBGplc @LloydsBank I was once proud to have worked here. But you longer put customers first. Your complaint managers are inept,devoid of Banking Knowledge. As shareholder, customer and ex employee I am appalled. As a Treasury Professional I’ll vote with my feet.

@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank Send the invoice for your time, at your usual speaking rates, to their accounts department. Back it up, again to their accounts department, with a Small Claims Court demand. Let Accounts and Customer Relations fight amongst themselves. If they don't appear in court, you win.

@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank This will save you money, time, patience and will free up the line for customers aren't online. I solved problems with the Royal Mail and BT this way when it proved impossible to get through.

@LloydsBank Your lines are IMPOSSIBLE to get through to. I have been on hold endlessly, all weekend. The only time I got an answer the line promptly went dead. I appreciate you are busy, and only have so many staff to answer calls, but this is just silly.

@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank Have had similar experiences with British Airways (Germany). Plus, customer service email address either non-existent or very well hidden. So sent them a good old fashioned letter. 3 (yes, three) months later no response. Send registered letter. Email next day.
