@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Great, sorry doesn't resolve the problem, I am still on hold. Have been passed to 4 departments in past 3 hours, speaking to online fraud team now who are transferring me to debit card fraud team, been told another 20 minute wait. So maybe 4 hours in total to resolve if lucky.

@LloydsBank How about raising interest rates. I've removed half my savings from Lloyds and will be removing the rest tomorrow. Better rates elsewhere and appalling customer service. Twice promised a call back, not had any.

My Mum phoned @LloydsBank yesterday to try to reactivate her cashpoint card. Staff were totally at the mercy of the computer and unable to help. 0/10 for customer service.
