@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank is a bureaucratic technocratic nightmare. You call in asking for help & they give information. They say, "we cannot do this", you put the phone down call back, someone else says sure. You can be on the phone for over an hour with an idiot, or 3 min with someone else?
