After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

My car was crashed into last July, while parked in a paid bay and I was not in the car. On my details, the accident has gone down as my fault and no doubt impacted the huge increase in renewal.
