    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank I’ve another doubt. HMRC issued me the cheque with my first name only with initials. For example: if my full name is “Antony Henry Mario Salvador”. HMRC issued a cheque like “Pay to Mr A Mario Salvador”. HMRC trimmed my first name. Do you think this is a problem?

    @LloydsBank your customer service is now at an all time low!! I'm in Mozambique I cannot make a payment and I've been waiting on phone for 3 hours speaking with now 8 different people. This is disgusting. I'm guessing your top university grads have been cutting costs!!!
