    @LloydsBank Struggling to dm you. Require an appt to open a new joint account that is unconnected to the current one as there have been numerous fraud/scans occur on the old account. Both parties are lloyds ustomers but neither have online or mobile access. Need appt at lloyds romford

    @LloydsBank utterly disgusted that we’ve received a letter 9 days AFTER you cancelled the insurance on a property belonging to a deceased relative whilst we await probate. Very poor customer service.

    @LloydsBank Why should I waste my time and money when its not my bank account? I feel for the account holder who has no idea their details are coming to me. I give up now - wont bother mentioning and will just delete the texts - again! Thanks for your help - umm no help really!

    @LloydsBank abysmal service from your mortgage department. My solicitor requested my title deeds 2 months ago. Request wasn't actioned. I should have been completing remortgage at this stage, instead it still hasn't begun!! No one able to tell me when they'll be sent. Please help
