@LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

@LloydsBank is it common practice that you train staff in your branches to lie? I am away in the south and f England but I have left my savings card up north, I went into branch with my driver’s license like I have a few times while I’ve been down here!

@LloydsBank I was told the couldn’t help me as my card was used in Liverpool today, upon calling my parents this was not the case they just used that as an excuse not to help me! I want something done about this as I have blatantly been lied to by your STAFF!!!

@LloydsBank trying to add card to apple pay, you’re the only bank that requires a telephone call, which requires all my account info entere, just to the be put on hold for an advisor. 10 mins now for something every other bank does automatically, through app or SMS #slow

@LloydsBank I can probably send you screenshots in DM. I just messaged their support to tell them what happened and hope they will be able to refund it. It's partly my fault for not realising they let you put 2FA on your account, I've done that now and disconnected card for the time being

@LloydsBank I would like to give a shout out to Gosia Bannister who spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with me this morning resolving a problem that had been on going for nearly 5 weeks. She was so professional investigating the problem and stopped me from closing my account.

@LloydsBank any ideas why i cannot open my banking app on my phone? It keeps saying I'm not connected to the Internet but I am and all my other apps are working fine. I've already uninstalled and re installed last week due to same issue x
