    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    @LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

    @LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

    @LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds, there is a general issue affecting your app and online banking currently. please check down detector, a lot of complaints. I can log in but account is showing n/a and the only transactions showing are from December. This on both the app and online

    @HalifaxBank and @LloydsBank app is down , if you bank with either you can’t view or transfer funds and some people are saying cards being declined. 😖
