    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank It works using website but that was a fecking palaver to log into, hence why I use the app. Please just fix the app

    @LloydsBank trying to order something online with debit card, when I try to do so it is requesting I confirm my identity, fine, but both numbers listed are not my numbers. My number is correct on the site. I'm not in the UK, so calling isn't much of an option for the cost. Help

    @LloydsBank Yes, number is correct and has been updated on the site for well over a year. I've never had an issue purchasing when out of the country before. The permanent number listed is my US phone number, the app recognises it and has no issues either.

    @LloydsBank and do you really think this is good customer sevice. I may not be vulnerable but am a key worker who have worked throughout long hours making it impossible to get to the bank and I'm being treated like a 2nd classs citizen by the bank. Think it's time for a change.
