@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

@LloydsBank Over 30 minutes on hold so far, why oh why have you gone from being reasonably swift when answering calls to unbelievably snail like, surely not pandemic related as working from home is no longer such a requirement. Not impressed and still no answer 😡

@LloydsBank Did a restart, issue was still there. Did a force stop, issue it still there. Checked in play store and all my apps are up to date and I'm running the latest version of Android with the latest security patches.

@LloydsBank hi your mobile app for Android 12 seems to be crashing after fingerprint ID is read. I haven't been able to log in for two days. No error message, only that the app isn't responding and it just closes.
