    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank I’d love to know why, when you advertise that your car insurance customer service line is open until 9pm, certain teams don’t work past 5pm (nor at weekends) so it’s not possible to make changes to a policy if they need to be involved. Not good customer service 😡

    @LloydsBank You say you can manage your mortgage account via the app. Not if you don't have a current /savings account! Honestly, you let me create an account but I can't use it. Get your app designers to get their brains in gear. Try and reset and see your error.

    @LloydsBank She's a vulnerable woman, in her early '80's, by herself who needs urgent help FROM YOU BANK, to secure her account. How dare you attempt to abrogate your responsibilities like this before assisting your more vulnerable customers to secure their accounts!
