@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank I have spoken to the very helpful Saeed & Karen this morning. Sadly @AppStore is not offering me the option to update my banking app to 73.03. So I still do not have access to my account & @Apple have not advised that my device is not supported. Help please.

@LloydsBank I got a text from lloyds about a new credit card. As I'm not a lloyds customer there are 3 possibilities: 1) It's a scam 2) someone gave my phone number in error 3) it's identity theft and a card has been issued in my name How do I contact you and verify ?

@LloydsBank I can’t transfer money out of my account. All of payees have been deleted (not by me) and when I try to set up a new one I get a message saying there is a problem with the system. This is after problems logging in all day on both Halifax and Lloyds mobile apps.

So @LloydsBank when a long term customer recommends your bank I don’t expect you mess up so spectacularly. It has taken one month for you to make daily promises and deliver nothing. What else does a potential customer need to do??#fail
