    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank Which ever works. I'm looking for something like an official statement or terms of service, describing exactly whether it's the customer or you who decides how to spend their own money. Are there restrictions regarding amounts transfered, etc?

    @LloydsBank 87 sold in the last calendar year on rightmove and our agent sold 40 of them. None of them had an issue with this historic rentcharge so why should we? I also have a seller to keep updated too

    @LloydsBank It worked! thank you! switched all off, (technical error, so logged off) logged back in (they hadn’t switched off). Switched all off, logged off, logged back in, switched all on, logged back out again. Sent a test payment of £1. Alert received :-)

    @LloydsBank i went in store to close my HTB isa but they couldn’t print my closing statement because it wasn’t working, they said they would send it in the post but I complete on the 25th nov and solicitors need 5 days to request bonus. Is there any way to get it emailed?

    Why have @LloydsBank not yet passed on interest rate increases? You were happy to cut them as fast as you could when the base rate went down, so surely you should be passing on the increases to savers now?

    @LloydsBank Hello Pauline, no one has contacted me, just tried to logon again (as I do everyday) and a new message appeared “sorry we’ve had to log you off” same story on my iPhone! Firmly believe it’s a problem your end!!!!

    @LloydsBank I have requested to switch from my current bank to Lloyds. I have received a txt message to say my switch couldn’t be progressed, then a further message to say it will go ahead on the 22/11. I’ve tried calling but I have waited over 45 mins both times. Can you help?
