Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

You've also impacted the companies that aren't being paid because you switched for no customer benefit.

Send account statements our name another details. Breech of GDPR. Will complain in writing as breach obviously don’t care.
