@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Awful customer service from @LloydsBank - fraudulent loan taken out in my name, mortgage application rejected because of it, and Lloyds have refused to help me have it removed from my @Equifax and @TransUnion credit reports. 5 hours on the phone in the last 2 days - zero help.

Hey @TicketmasterCS we’ve been waiting over two months to get a refund of £680.20 from you which you claim to have sent to @LloydsBank. They can’t trace it and trying to find where to lodge a complaint on your site is impossible. Can you help please?
