    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank I can't launch the mobile app & it is impossible to get through on the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Unacceptable service levels.
