Luci (@iculsteph) reported@LloydsBank Have tried ringing your customer help and support line and having managed to get past the automated answering service, I was informed that there would be a 30 minute wait for a representative. We gave up after 35mins.

I've been stranded up in London before so again my point is valid. It is a ridiculous time to do it!
