    @LloydsBank reported my card lost through the app 9th April,rang on the 10th to confirm it had been cancelled.Been chasing my new card only to find on 20th April it hadn’t been cancelled.I’ve been with you for years but this is very bad customer service

    So @LloydsBank puts a block on my debit card for a payment I frequently make to a company I frequently shop with, has a gum-smacking adviser on the phone, and now I have to wait 'over an hour' to speak to the Fraud Team. I do hope I'll be compensated for my wasted time.

    @LloydsBank Hi Tony, I was on phone I've used for hundreds of times before on Chrome browser, via website (not app) and the signal was full on 4G. It let me down at very end of the process, with no hint as to what was wrong so kept going round and round. Gave us went to cashpoint.

    @LloydsBank Hi thanks, it’s the one via the app: 01733 462226. I froze the card and didn’t get an error message but then noticed someone had used the details online two days after k thought I’d frozen it. (I have the physical card- these were online purchases)

    @paullewismoney And this is the bank that refuses to give me online or telephone banking access to the account for which I hold a joint Power of Attorney and insists I go into a branch even to get a current balance. Lucky I don’t live in the Scilly Isles, eh @LloydsBank !

    @LloydsBank Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I’ve created my log in details and the website said I completed my registration however when I try to log in it says details incorrect.

    @LloydsBank @AliApow I had this same issue and I found it was a game a brain game I had down loaded issue with bank apps they don't like malware and if the apps over lay the app doesn't think it's safe but that was just my issue

    @ShintoPlasm @PALillie @LloydsBank Ha...stupid long wait times had become common place before covid unfortunately but yes now it's far worse, it's just cost cutting and lack of customer service, sort it out Lloyds, we can easily go elsewhere
