    @LloydsBank I have raised a complaint. I have ordered the card 3 times as mentioned earlier. But as you know it is not a customer’s responsibility to order a card the banks sends it. Tbh you are not helping at all. Might be easier to get off twitter and look at complaints raised online.

    @LloydsBank 1 1/2 hours on hold and then get cut off. An hour yesterday. An elderly relative card blocked and no call/help. Bored of you now.

    @LloydsBank you are not some kind of charity service doing me a favour by holding my money - I have never in my life been treated so badly for simply not feeling well - can you imagine if I fainted in front of everyone?? I am so disgusted I’m considering closing my account.

    @LloydsBank But when I ring and put the account number in when prompted, it's accepted, so I'm 100% sure the account number is correct. I have phoned but can't get through to anyone. HELP!

    @LloydsBank Hi Lee. Try to set up app on new device. Gives ref number and asks me to call. 1st advisor said not fraud, gives me a new number to call online dept, they say it fraud and transfer me. Next fraud advisor says I.T issue, on hold and sent to beginning of Q. 3+ hours & not resolve
