    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank considering it’s a fraud department I would think making sure your customer accounts are safe and trying to answer the phone in less than an hour would be priority!

    @Thefurrytrucker @LloydsBank I have just phoned Lloyds, it is an issue their end. They said they are sorting the problem but couldn’t tell me when it will be done, all they said was to try and make the payment again in an hour.

    @LloydsBank Hi...I closed my current account with you on 3rd August and received a final statement. This morning I received a ltter advising of changes in t&c's, as if the account is still open. Can I DM you the account number so you can stop this. I am no longer a customer.

    @LloydsBank Also, just downloaded the app and entered my log in details. It said it would call me to enter the security code. No phone call so it failed … can’t even sign into the app.

    Comedy @LloydsBank telephone helpline. Got through after quite the wait. The helpdesk operative who couldn't work out how to fix this issue said she would transfer me to a colleague. Then transferred me back to the start of the IVR process. Been waiting 20 mins! #crap

    @LloydsBank Evelyn this is not the correct number they were unable to help. I have been pushed from pillar to post for the past four hours this is NOT #CustomerService I am appalled at the way I have been treated having been a customer of @lloydsbank for 55 years I find this unacceptable
