@LloydsBank So I’ve sent a DM, with the reference number, only to be advised you can’t access anything via social media but I can telephone instead. So the flowers have simply created work and further stress as I have to work out if they signify my matter has been closed or not?

@LloydsBank I have now tried 5 times to login to my account on the website as have done for years and got blank screen, error or page no longer exists. I really hope you're not pulling carpet from under customers feet? Accessibility, diversity and inclusivity are being ignored
