@LloydsBank I’ve been on hold for hours got through 3 times only to be cut off 3 times it is virtually impossible to talk to anyone about my account practically declining everything I’m trying to pay if I get any late payment fines I’m sure you will be paying them

@LloydsBank my online account's suspended due to suspicious activity which was me trying to transfer money to a different bank. I have to speak to fraud dept before I can access online banking but the wait to answer phone is over 1hr! I don't have time to wait that long!

@LloydsBank Ok so I called last night and after spending 3 and half hours on the phone and several complaints later I still can not use my card. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experience. Trying to get in contact with you is impossible.
