@LloydsBank are gaslighting me with their "By your side" adverts. I give them a good chunk of money each year, but they have gone kinda quiet and sneaky last 2 years. Compounding overdraft interests, and all kinds of skulduggery. Might take a **** in one of their branches.

I limp all the way to my local #LloydsBank branch with all my documents. #LloydsBank ACTO team was so EVIL AND CRUEL for this. I waste all my time thinking it’s now been resolved and the block has been removed ONLY to try and make a payment again for it to be declined (7)

@LloydsBank my ID of proof that I live here. I went yesterday on my lunch break but it was too busy to wait. This morning I’ve had post, but now a debit card has been sent with a pin, my local bank is closed & my next 2 open till 1pm & I cannot get there, can you help? Thanks

Very bad experience trying to switch current account to @LloydsBank. Phone lines NEVER answered. And to top it of, in the text message they send they quote a phone no. for their switching team - it's the number for a different bank!! 😲 Terrible customer service. @MoneySavingExp

@LloydsBank such a shame we wait two hours to talk to you after my daughter has been charged three times by an unknown USA company and all we get from a guy so obviously working from home and kettle must have just boiled and he didn't even ask her name or take her account.

.@lloydsbank why is your telephone service so bad? No one answering phones at 9.20 in the morning, says your busy and cuts you off, not even put in a queue. And to think you're closing so many bank branches and expecting people to rely on your other services?? 😲

@LloydsBank Well, iv just tried that number on my BRAND NEW phone and on another mobile and they still hang up on me and say there too busy! Not to worry this kind of service is the confirmation i needed to change my bank! No help whatsoever
