    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @HSBC_UK you are an utterly awful bank for deaf customers. Look at your procedures and change them - give disabled people the choice of how they want and can engage with your bank. Big clue: they can’t call you to verify anything! @LloydsBank fyi you’re just as bad.

    @LloydsBank How do I turn off texts from you that are just random info? I got one this morning, 8am and waking me up, telling me how much cashback I got on my credit card this month. I really do not want these texts and have been on the website but cannot see an option. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank did you know that when using iPad Pro (landscape) to add new payee, the green confirm button is so far down under several inches of blank space, it cannot be tapped to finish the operation? It works fine on iPhone portrait. Client with big fingers is having trouble.

    The idiocy of @LloydsBank Bedford branch - get rid of one of the self service pay in machines so not their is only 1 - when it's then regularly out of order it means there isn't a spare which ridiculously increases counter queues

    In other banking related fun, I have just spent an hour on hold with @HalifaxBank because their system has mashed up my Irish phone number with my UK phone number, but *only* for authorising payments. Nobody can help. I was, in the end, transferred to @LloydsBank for some reason.
