Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

My 78 year old mother does not have online banking or apps this is the reason she went to check on a scam text. Liz Read (@LizRead168) reported@LloydsBank I have been with you all of my life. That is going to finish very soon if I can't get this matter resolved. You have taken away the facility to download a csv for specified periods on some of my accounts. Your humans don't know the answer. They put me onto chat bots who are useless. Why you would give en export facility that chooses its own random dates? What is the point of that? Something has gone very wrong with your service of late. I cannot believe someone has programmed it this way.
