@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank I purchased goods from somebody and they made a fake CashApp account to take the money and then blocked my messages and CashApp account. Lloyds told me to phone back after it left my pending transactions and they would be able to help. I struggle with communication.

Was on hold for an hour getting put through to 5 different people in the fraud department of @LloydsBank only to be told they can’t help me and there’s nothing I can do because I was scammed !! 😩 I felt like I couldn’t explain myself properly or speak properly from the stress !!

@LloydsBank lloyds platinum ac has the worst service ever. Travel ins claims are not honoured. Genuine claims are not being paid out. They use call centres and employ people that don't understand English. I will be suing lloyds for payments I made over the last 25 yrs.

@LloydsBank I closed my account some time ago but you send me notifications that I can't access because I closed my account. If you want me to read the letters can you please send them to me via the post or as an attachment to an email. This has been going on for nearly two years
