It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

Each time, I wait on hold and at around 45-50 minutes into this, the line is cut and I have to start again. It means your ‘service’ is unusable and useless
