    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank I complained and they compensated me. Now get your app working. At least admit there is a problem and stop giving obvious and foolish advice. It isn't intermittent and it isn't a small matter.

    @LloydsBank so I've now managed to log in but there's no option to transfer money out of my savings account - is this part of the issues??
