@LloydsBank I changed it today and no I’ve not received the card yet obviously, is there anyways I can check what address the card is being sent too though as I think i had my old address down and have now changed it. And yes I do have access to the app

@LloydsBank is there an issue your end today? I’ve had my card declined twice - one online payment, one in store. It’s been accepted in a different store. Also tried to add my card to an online account, wouldn’t accept it. Something to do with the new laws?

@LloydsBank how can I open an online account for my 13 year old when ID is required, the process fails online (every time) and tells you to go to a high street bank - which closes at 3.30pm - just when said 13 year old gets out of school! Crazy… online ID service does not work

@LloydsBank Does that mean you can't/won't raise it as a bug with whatever team is responsible for the android app? If I'm going to ring a call centre to wait in a queue it will be to change my account to a provider with a working app, not to repeat all the things I've mentioned here

@LloydsBank I ordered some euros from the lloyds app and I was expecting to get a confirmation email with a delivery date, I haven't had anything, all that happened was money was taken out of my account. Need help ASAP as I go away Thursday!

@LloydsBank we have spent 2 evenings trying to complete a remortgage application on your website following our online agreement in principle with you. The address fields dont work...then the whole website kicks us out at 9.50pm both nights. What do we do as we both work till 8pm
