@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank OK that's a bit of a problem...as the 1st falls on a diffrent day every month doesn't it and my bill is due no matter what date I pick it may fall on a weekend. In a digital age how can this be a system? How do I work around it?

@LloydsBank to my mobile asking me to contact Lloyds Bank fraud protection dept. If fraud was suspected. Just total radio silence. This has happened to me in the past at Tesco’s checkout for no apparent reason whatsoever. Lloyds your customer service sucks /3
