@LloydsBank I've spent 2 whole days trying by phone to go through travel insurance medical screening on my platinum account. I've also tried to do it via the website suggested on the recorded message. All without success. Any suggestions? Frustrated Platinum account holder!

Severely hacked off with @LloydsBank - received a message that I needed to re input my login details as it was detected I was using a new device - same device for the last 2 months - all the way through until the verification code 3 times not accepted - log out 😡🤯🤬

@LloydsBank They said they'd be resent immediately: they weren't. My e-mail address works perfectly, receive lots of msgs to it + tested. It took nearly an hour to get through on phone last week. Unable to login to the benefits website too as no new p/w sent, options so limited for resolving
