    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

    @LloydsBank From the app- says it will send me the passcode in the post. I want to access my accounts via the web on my iPhone. If I attempt to the screen shot from my original tweet stops me. I’ve called and confirmed there is a phone number on my acc.

    @LloydsBank - how many of your staff have you fired or left on furlough? I can’t get through on the phone or via messenger service for weeks to make a simple change your online service doesn’t allow. Even if they are working at home your service shouldn’t be this bad!!

    @LloydsBank No I’m not prompted as the iPad and laptop are trusted devices. I thought my iPhone was set up in this way too but obviously not. It has before and I was prompted with a text and a code to secure log in.

    @LloydsBank WOW, calling from the US...on hold for 2 hours, transferred through 3 departments for the phone to be put down and disconnected. DESPERATELY need my issue resolved as I cannot access my banking online....can someone PLEASE help me?! I’m down $100’s in call costs

    @LloydsBank yes, but our nearest branch doesnt open on a weekend, and the list of acceptable forms of ID we would have to take anyway is useless for a 16yr old - take a look on your website at the list of options for Proof of Address and tell me which a 16yr old is likely to have
