@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank really disappointing service, so hard to get through to the right team, phone call takes ages, number diverts you to the wrong options. For my complaint it's been a week and no response, Terrible dissapointing service !!

@LloydsBank I reported an issue yesterday with online banking which was confirmed as a 'major system wide error' - please can you inform when fixed? You can't search historical transactions in online statements.
