My favourite part of all this was calling @LloydsBank in Sainsburies trying to resolve the problem, and even after telling the guy I had 4% battery, he then proceeded to try and connect me to a different department, where I was on hold for 17 minutes before my phone died 🙃

@LloydsBank well done! Want to spend my own money, you stop the payment, suspend my app and force me to call you. I call, waiting 30mins for the privilege of speaking with your agent briefly, before being put on hold for ten mins and then they cut off! Fantastic Service!!!!

.@LloydsBank This is RIDICULOUS. We sat in branch for 30+ minutes to get my father's account unblocked because the TELLER was making big transfers, he hangs up and you BLOCK THE ACCOUNT AGAIN WITH NO WAY TO UNBLOCK BUT ANOTHER LONG TIME ON HOLD. WE ARE IN THE BRANCH!
