    @LloydsBank I’ve used my credit card abroad with no problems. However I’m trying to book a Villa in Portugal for next summer using my credit card, however it is saying “this payment could not be authenticated”. Could you help me with this please?

    @LloydsBank hi, for last 3 days my iPad version of app won’t go beyond launch page..I’ve checked and there is not an update to app required. Is there a known problem? Any advice on what to do?

    @LloydsBank I have to call Lloyds Bank Customer Services on the number shown at the back of the credit card but it tells me to go to the app, which then refers you to the customer services number. It's going into a loop. In the meantime I've frozen my credit card. Any advice? #lloydsbank
