    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank How so ? Someone will need to pick up and accept the chrge. I am concerned Lloyds do not have an adequate process when they blindly blk cards. I would like you to contact someone at the call centres or the ops managers to understand are people actually working and can they answer

    @LloydsBank If I choose fully paper-free service, how the statement and correspondence will be sent to be? Will they be sent to my email address? And if I request a security number, is it sent to me by email or still by post?

    @LloydsBank You'll understand I prefer not to discuss my issue on-line, as it requires access to my account. I am, however, now seriously considering closing my account and moving to a bank where I can talk to someone without having to wait well over an hour. (I'm still waiting.)
