When your local @LloydsBank is closed on a Saturday, only open 9-3:30 week days and you work full time! Telephone banking refused to provide the service we need, then the complaints dept. Hang up on you! @MartinSLewis any good rewards accounts going? I have 8 accounts to move

@LloydsBank utterly sick of yr By Your Side Campaign.When I got divorced 40yrs ago I needed yr support but u totally dropped me on my arse & buried me in bankers fees! But Nationwide stood by my side & rescued me. Now they enjoy my milti-thousand £££ investment status! Yr fakers!

@LloydsBank Yeah desktop site is fine but doesn’t show credit cards which is annoying, managed to a to sort it in the end by deleting the app, restarting the phone and then reinstalling the app and I’m back in business again

@okechuokorie @LloydsBank Well - I bet i can beat that Today I called them because 10 days ago they "lost" 75k of a relatives money and having waited half an hour to speak to someone was told "ring back tomorrow" - evidently they are not allowed to ring a customer back! Guess who just lost a customer?
