    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank I failed to login the bank app many times for wrong password and get blocked, but I remember my password later. If it’s possible to call the bank to unlock my account? Otherwise I need to reset password by using my old phone no., which needs updated as well as address

    @LloydsBank haven’t been able to log into the app all day. Error code 1007. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Small error message when I try to log in through safari.

    @philskyross1962 @LloydsBank They all do it. Go to Martin Lewis website he has tips. And you should always look for car insurance 21 days before your renewal, as it will be more expensive 14 - 7days before it's due.

    @LloydsBank As I suspected, following a visit to our local branch, they have advised they cannot resolve the matter. So who will? I want a senior manager to contact me immediately on 01243 535441. Ps I have been a Lloyds customer for 45 years but not much longer unless you act now.
