Come on @LloydsBank, pls invest in your tech. Can’t open an account in branch for our 12 yr old so 45 min phone appt where most of it is irrelevant. She’s now tried to deposit cash in #York and no envelopes in all 3 ATM’S. customer service fail...

I took my van off the road last year. It’s sorn, insured but the Mot had expired. Yesterday the battery was flat. I called the @TheAA_UK via @LloydsBank for some help. Guess what they said. As the vehicle is not taxed or moted they can’t help. Not what I expected from these two

@LloydsBank Hi, so what’s happened is I bought a gift card on a website through PayPal and paypal and the seller haven’t done anything about it and the only option left I have is bank and I didn’t receive the gift card or received a refund

@createdby_jamie @LloydsBank CRAZY HORSE Easier to switch funds to another bank than inform of change of address. Told Lloyds and they didn't offer any help - told me I had to go to a bank (during covid) and distant (because the closed my local)with documents . So I transferred my funds in seconds. Crazy.
