    @LloydsBank It was this morning I was told all money had gone from the account. The staff were not helpful at all and were rude. It was your genuine website that asked me to change details and then locked me out

    @LloydsBank I was trying to make an online purchase, which kept getting blocked. Spoke to 4 different people, passed from pillar to post, an hour and 10 minutes before I was eventually spoken to like a criminal by your “fraud squad”. 2 hours in total with no result! Extremely poor service.

    @LloydsBank It was more his demeanor that suggested my simple requests were hard work as he had to speak to another department. Not the attitude I would expect from someone working in customer service. I've worked in this field too and never made anyone feel like I didn't have time for them.
