    @LloydsBank Using the website after going through every stage. I have a new phone and had forgotten my log in. Luckily I've been able to do what I want on my old phone as it has fingerprint log in. I will sort it. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank baking app keeps de-registering my device. Called their internet banking team twice today for help, complete waste of time, kept suggesting the same things that already hadn't worked (and didn't work again) and didn't listen to what I was trying to tell them.

    @LloydsBank Get a backbone Lloyds Bank and treat customers fairly ie provide the services that you claim to sell & when a customer expresses dissatisfaction. record a complaint & make an effort to resolve it rather than asking the customer to go through hell again. Why am I not surprised?

    @LloydsBank Husband & i each received cheque for identical amount from his mum, i deposited both on mobile app this a.m., one now reversed as a correction, no idea which. Assume app thinks it's a duplicate but each cheque has different sequence no. so why the rejection & how can i fix this?

    @Doug_Paulley @LloydsBank @O2 I'm not a PCI expert, but from the PCI training I've had with work in call centres and using WhatsApp for customer service, I'd say it isn't. Whilst WhatsApp has end to end encryption, it doesn't stop anyone from inside the business accessing the chat and that message maliciously

    @LloydsBank (1/2) couldn’t raise a complaint as they said that the had to follow what their manager said to do and they hadn’t finished investigating the issue. In the meantime we have no hot water and someone vulnerable in my house but

    @Tesco @LloydsBank clearly there's an issue. But speaking to 4 different people trying to explain that Tesco will not take the pending payment as they've been paid has been a nightmare. Meanwhile I'm out of pocket £120 for 6 days when it should have gone back in my bank last week
