@LloydsBank is there any way at all I'm able to contact the loan team on any way other than the phone? With the hours I'm working I'm not able to contact them, and when trying on breake etc the wait is long and I have limited time. Chat on the app are very unhelpful.

So @LloydsBank if you are going to block a payment due to fraud risk (even where there clearly isn’t), you could at least answer when we call the fraud hotline . . .

@LloydsBank i’ve raised a complaint. but the bank needs to provide a suitable alternative solution to this problem. instead of allowing me to prove ID in a separate branch they’d rather keep my £18500. this is why real people don’t trust banks.
