    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @LloydsBank.. You close all local branches, assuring customers that we can reach an advisor easily via telephone banking. Yet I tried for the first time today, several times in fact, and each time I get disconnected as "no-one available to take my call". Quality service. Not 👎

    @LloydsBank Had premier account for years, now £28pcm. Never used home emergency cover. This week lost roof tiles, called to get roof secured. Called me back to say they can't help as don't have anyone in our area. I'm in Norwich! Really? You sold me the product! Disgusted!

    @thisone0verhere Working on a fruit and veg stall in Wembley Market lugging heavy sacks of potatoes. I couldn't move for a week. Also @LloydsBank. I resigned after a week. It just wasn't me. I was a temporary secretary for a day. I was sacked.
