Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@fashion_mommyWM @LloydsBank Don’t spend your time on a Twitter back and forth next time it doesn’t help, they basically ask you to turn it off and on again lol. I rang the fraud team and got the blocker on my card removed quickly

@Jordan43031401 @LloydsBank The Fraud team, which I had spent two hours on the phone too that morning didn't help as they were saying it was a security issue related to SCA of @vinted site, which is now being proven as a lie as so many people are having the same problem. Nothing has changed this morning.

@LloydsBank I tried on your website to order a cheque book. You have to enter your name, sort code, account number and post code. So how can a book reach me by post if I only entered my post code number and since two days I cannot change my address in the application....

@Riggs_martin @clarnic11 @LloydsBank If this is going to continue and expand then Lloyd's will have to step in at some stage, as it's going to affect a lot of people. Suggesting I use a card from another bank isn't really much help when I only have a Lloyd's account.
