Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

March 21 @TUIUK refund our holiday via @AskPayPal and @LloydsBank rejected the money and just like that 3300 goes missing with all 3 denying they have it and not one of you are willing to help, Surely one of them has insurance to cover this. 10 months of fighting getting nowhere

@LloydsBank That isn't good enough. You need to call people back. You have large sums of customers money and you are denying people access to it and cutting them off. This is not acceptable behaviour from a bank. Have a call back system. I'm now in the same queue 1 hour 20 and counting.

@lloydsbank I've been on hold waiting for someone to take my urgent call for over 42 minutes. Lord knows what it is costing me. This is just appalling customer 'service'. Online and automated services are not suitable for all enquiries. Sort yourselves out.

@LloydsBank I’ve tried clearing cache, tried chrome, safari and Firefox. Same problem every time 🙄 when I phone I just get passed around and have to explain the entire situation to every person, and confirm what I’ve tried. Only to start again and no one can help. 1/2

@LloydsBank They took the payments in error totalling over £600 the two payments need to be disputed. The company has also gone into administration and the account is already £900 in credit. Need to get that money back ASAP otherwise my car is not getting paid this month.

After 30 years with @LloydsBank, I’ve switched banks. Not so much as an “I’m sorry to see you go” letter. So much for the personal touch & feeling valued as a customer. I feel I’ve made the right decision.
