She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.

Not every mug is going to fork out a grand for the latest iPhone every couple of years! May just go back to Santander
