She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

@FixedOnGSGS_ @Agent_Bzz @LloydsBank Yep I can't even log on, I phoned the helpline and they were hopeless, asked me to log on using another device after I told them, I got an internal server error, then asked me to clear my cookies, that was the final straw. I hung up on them.
