I’ve even gone to the bank today to withdraw money for builders & I now have to wait for the fraud team. Anybody with a better bank that doesn’t constantly waste my time?

I also have an account with Lloyds which I am considering closing, as they are both at same aggressive obviously and the bank is unhelpful

Umar Rasheed (@umar_rasheed) reported@LloydsBank I would want the following 2 1- issue my new card and deliver to me by Monday. 2- all my balance as at 31 March 2022 to be waived off. Or else i am complaining to FOS and FCA and i know how costly it is for banks to deal with them. Thanks
