    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank Well I must refer to this from the switching terms…. The good news is that even if you are an existing Lloyds customer, you can still take advantage of the switching deal. Obviously you would need to switch to one of the qualifying current accounts…….

    @LloydsBank My wife and I changed our accounts to Club Lloyds on 9 November and should have received the £150 within 10 working days. We are now 11 days soon to be 12….are we going to have fight Lloyds to honour the deal?

    @LloydsBank Shocking service..car insurance policy not renewed due to an ‘oversight’ on your system even though I did my renewal a week earlier & not told until my existing policy expired! If there’s an oversight on this..what else aren’t you doing correctly? #poorcustomerservice

    @LloydsBank hi there I’ve tried to use my debit card to pay for two separate transactions today, one on vinted and another online as it states transaction refused by bank. I have more than enough funds in my bank so wondering if there’s an issue? Online bank seems absolutely fine

    @LloydsBank In the past, I have made an unwanted change to my statements just to get past it, then changed it back at a later date. Nowadays, I select "Let Me Choose", then don't make any changes, receive an error message telling me I've made no changes, but am able to click on my accounts.
