    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Are you likely to be increasing your interest rates? Base rate moved to 1.75% a month ago and I'm still only getting 0.20%. I know that the customer doesn't see all of that but you haven't even passed half.

    @LloydsBank Hi James, my mum has been a customer of yours a well for many years and often visits this branch. So I'm not sure why they told her she couldn't exchange the money there.

    @LloydsBank I need to change my name. According to your online FAQs, I must go in branch. My local branch is closed on Saturdays & closes by 3:30 weekdays. I work full time, therefore, how I am to update such personal information when I can't access my nearest branch? Thank you.

    @LloydsBank Im still on hold at moment and have been for 42mins. My card was refused last night on line so am trying to get through to fraud. Your customer service people put me through. Am furious

    @LloydsBank I use my card to pay for car service but nothing's has automatically gone into saving accounts using the save the change feature, does it take a few days?

    @LBGplc your online service is an absolute joke. You've blocked me from logging in to my online banking on a Saturday and I've spent over an hour so far on the phone, on hold, trying to speak to someone to reactivate it. You didn't even notify me that is was blocked! #lloydsbank
