@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

Having issues with #lloydsbank online? Get used to it as when all banks are incorporated into your CVpassport & the credit score system comes in like China, if you haven't been good cos you've bought too much meat this week etc you'll be locked out but hey it's all a conspiracy.

Know what? Next time I need a banking service I'm going to move the account to @firstdirecthelp because they pick up the phone and actually help me, unlike @LloydsBank who I've had accounts with for decades and are incredibly poor at answering the phone and actually helping.

@LloydsBank I understand that your team “are working on the issue at the moment” but I think it is unacceptable that nothing has been communicated from yourselves it has been 2hrs. I do hope there will be some sort of compensation for the inconvenience this has caused everybody

It would be good proactive customer service if @LloydsBank posted a tweet saying, ‘We know know our customers are experiencing difficulties with online banking and we are trying our very best to resolve this. We will confirm here once the issue has been resolved.’ 🙄 #Lloyds
