    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @JasonBeggs1 @LloydsBank probably need to clear out your cache on whatever device you're running it on (unless it's an older device in which case it might not ne compatible any more due to security issues.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

    @LloydsBank Thanks.Your colleague yesterday said this was not the channel to be disclosing that information.What changed, hope neither of you get into trouble.Might be in the customers interest if they know the avg response (not resolved) time is 5 working days (not forgeting bank holidays).
