So @LloydsBank just wondering why I can’t get access to my cash when trying to pay my hotel bill in Greece. Despite the txt security code and prior notice of our trip. Any help other than being on hold for over an hour in the hotel lobby…….

@LloydsBank Have you closed her branch down?

  • antronicsltd Antronics Ltd (@antronicsltd) reported

@LloydsBank the support email address for your Business Finance Assistant seems to be broken - it's asking me to reply, but ignoring replies.

  • AlexanderHemp Alex 🏳️‍🌈🇬🇧 (@AlexanderHemp) reported

@LloydsBank The branch copied her passport in case that was the issue

  • AlexanderHemp Alex 🏳️‍🌈🇬🇧 (@AlexanderHemp) reported

@LloydsBank It's just disappointing that her first dealings with a bank have been problem after problem.

  • terryfroy Terry Froy (@terryfroy) reported

@LloydsBank Only subscription payment in there is my mobile provider - which is not the transaction under dispute. ... but while I have your attention, how do I opt-out of the Visa Account Updater service for *all* of my Lloyds Bank accounts ?

  • markjwt Mark Taylor (@markjwt) reported

So the upshot is that @LloydsBank think it acceptable to leave a couple with #Alzheimers without access to their accounts and money for a week. Shame on them.

  • terryfroy Terry Froy (@terryfroy) reported

After scanning the @LloydsBank site to determine whether a recurring transaction can be stopped by 'freezing' the card, I find that it cannot. So a vendor who was given notice to cancel a subscription three months prior to expiry can **** my bank account at will.

  • markjwt Mark Taylor (@markjwt) reported

@DementiaGuidan1 @LloydsBank Thank you - I will do. My mum and dad have been left without access to their money for nearly a week now. Lloyd's have behaved without any compassion at all, they are appalling.
