    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank my partner applied for loan which was approved on your website. He went to pay the dealer and your website and it wont let him proceed. He has been told to keep checking website each day by customer services who have confirmed they cant see any issues. Is normal?

    @LloydsBank They finally froze the account for thirty days. I have no problem being told we have to wait until we have power of attorney and then sort it. It was the suggestion, four times, that she should pay from her own funds. It’s really not acceptable advice.

    @LloydsBank I only have mobile WiFi. As mentioned, the same problem has been going on every single time I try to make a transfer. This has been reported to Lloyds bank many times!

    @LloydsBank I recently switched my Lloyds account to Santander. An Amazon refund has gone back to my Lloyds debit card. Your advisor is telling me he cannot access my account to check as it is closed and all the information is gone. Please advise what I can do to check.

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to get through to the travel insurers of my Platinum account for days. Today I am still in a queue after 1 hour 50 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Please sort this out as I don’t see why I should pay a monthly fee for such disgraceful service.

    @LloydsBank Application was approved (outcome) could not progress on app. He spent two days trying to resolve this. Customer services were unhelpful...He went elsewhere as your app doesn't work. No need waste time on this we gave feedback on your app up to your management to look at flaw
