@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank your service is absolutely terrible I have now been waiting on hold for over an hour, my account has had over 20 unauthorised transactions take place overnight and cannot speak to anyone to stop these transactions!!!!!!!!
