    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank I plan to change my name. website has acceptable proof “Deed Poll Statutory Declaration” Can I confirm deed poll doesnt need to be enrolled, as that isnt specified; & failing that, a statutory declaration made in front of &formalised by solicitor will be accepted?

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @AutoInfatuation @LloydsBank Their service is now appalling as when calling, there are often long wait times and they use the pandemic as an excuse for service that is unacceptable. This latest episode is a follow-on from pensions/endowment misselling, packaged bank account fees and PPI scandals.

    @LloydsBank been trying to talk to your customer service everyday, the entire week but impossible to get ahold of! On hold nearly 1 hour now as of 11.40pm, it says “particularly busy”…when will you ever pick up?

    @LloydsBank Thank you! The team were really good at getting my issue sorted, but stupidly I googled the number and some people are saying it’s been used as a scam number. It’s your credit card fraud team, correct?

    @LloydsBank After waiting for 1 hour 10mins, somebody answered but HUNG UP but never called me back. How terrible! My account hasn’t been working over 2 weeks but you never ever answer a call! What shall I do now? This is beyond unacceptable! Can you arrange a phone call plz

    @LloydsBank Hi, I have a temporary block on my card. Your advisers knew that all suspicious transactions were me but told nothing they could do, was then on hold until hung up on after over an hour on the phone. Waiting times now are 1 hr. I want to access my money please cheers.
