Which is why I wanted a person to actually deal with it. I'm all for using machines to make life a easier but a person is best overall

Jamie Woodward (@_jamiewoodward) reported@LloydsBank Yes. Call was answered at 58m and passed "to the right department" then answered again 54 mins later. Lady was did her best but basically can't help. Being without heating and water apparently can wait until tomorrow, hopefully before 15:31....

They just send a message. They make promises and no closure Is achieved. Nobody wants to own the problem. Can you help ? Or escalate this for Me.
