@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank Your app is still rubbish - I can't log in or see my account balances or transactions. I really was quite happy using the Halifax app.

  • dudeb4u2010
    Manish Bajaj (@dudeb4u2010) reported

@LloydsBank first credit card stops working on Apple Pay, on complaining CSE manipulates and blocks my well working online account without informing me, leave alone providing any valid reason!

  • A_J_Graham
    A. J. Graham (@A_J_Graham) reported

2/2 Accessing my @HalifaxBank ISA has become mission impossible. I selected the low rate option because it meant easy access - but @LloydsBank have changed the rules that i signed up for. Access to do as i wish with my ISA has been stolen. This feels like a form of fraud.

  • EdDebaes
    Ed Debaes (@EdDebaes) reported

@PhilNic70 @LloydsBank Lloyds moved their “safe custody” service away from branches years ago. At the time your relative would have had a choice of paying annually for it to be stored centrally by the banks supplier or take the package out to avoid the ongoing costs.

  • MikeA_Sport
    Mike (@MikeA_Sport) reported

@ratherbeapear @MrsAA55 @LloydsBank Tell me about it Back in the day when I ran the family business I had to go to see the local bank manager every month to discuss why Nett/GP was up or down 🥴

  • leightalkssport
    leightalkssport (@leightalkssport) reported

@LloydsBank blocking and refusing to authorised my payment via BACS has tipped me over the edge. Customer for 30 years and now it’s time to move on to another bank. My money, I pay how I like, not how you want me to.

  • yukoholistic
    yukoholistic (@yukoholistic) reported

@LloydsBank payment attempts came up as an error but turned out actually went through so ended up with duplicate payment. Been waiting for phone call for hrs now. This is worrying and unacceptable.

  • Crocidolite11
    Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported

@LloydsBank I’m going back into branch on Monday. If I don’t get any joy from this, I’ll be back in touch. The account is basically a child savers account, which you transferred soul ownership to my child and removed adult access without even notifying us.

@Glaspark @TheVikingDane @LloydsBank To be fair the actual customer support you get on the phone and webchat is really good

@LloydsBank @uj7protocol Why you shouldn't use automated response bots demonstrated in 4k HD. That's awesomely terrible.
