@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank Same problem. If I click any of the menu items I get "An error has occurred" or it kicks me out back to login. Your helpdesk was no use - they just said "It looks like something's wrong with your browser".

@LloydsBank You might want to tell your helpdesk to add "Are you using any Chrome extensions?" to their problem-solving flowchart ...

@LloydsBank Hi Ros, I can confirm nothing is being blocked. I’ve been able to use this feature in the past when I’ve had to set up online banking. I’ll try again tomorrow and if I still have issues, I’ll call that number. Can you advise the hours that number is active?

@LloydsBank is there a way that one can access the desktop site using a mobile phone? I made a future payment from the wrong account and I can't seem to be able to change it on my mobile, despite being logged into the desktop site. I'm abroad so do not have access to a desktop

Told that my account is on hold for fraud (payments I don’t recognise) - Lloyds have kicked me off after over an hour on hold. Crap customer service, and someone could still be accessing my account - what am I to do now? The branch told me to call @LloydsBank @LloydsBankNews

.@LloydsBank hates crypto. Even if you try to purchase just £6 they'll hold you up for over 30+ mins : 1) Phone Fraud line. Enter security details. 2) Get a call back. Give security details. 3) Passed to "another department who will help [me]" - like I'm a moron. Screw them!

@LloydsBank Please understand that I am not able to access a phone. I need you to fix this here or have someone phone me. (This could have been avoided if you had just phoned me with an authentication code like usual.)

You absolutely useless service, @LloydsBank. After 20 years, I'm closing my account. All I'm trying to do is send money to my girlfriend that she needs. You've sent me a text. So I've tried to top up my phone to reply, and you've declined that transfer as well.

Never never never use @LloydsBank @LloydsBankBiz @LloydsBankNews for Insurance, Car and Van in particular.... customer service appalling. No replies to emails. Phone them and apparently can't even confirm if policy up and running OK, after documents requested sent #nightmare
