    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank ok it's 15 days after a transaction and I'm still being sent in circles when trying to do a chargeback. Use the app that takes me to the website, the website says use the app. Like that's what I'm doing. Make it make sense. It's so frustrating

    @LloydsBank yet more technical issues and still having to pay a £21 a month fee Perhaps time to move accounts Offering bonus’s for new customers but 30+ years seems to mean nothing

    @LloydsBank I’ve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transaction’s when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.

    @LloydsBank Card payments almost always continue to work even if your bank’s app and online banking are down, because the systems that process card payments are separate from the systems that run the app.

    @LloydsBank Long established historical brands should be left alone. I didn't choose Halifax because I could choose Lloyds. There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.

    @LloydsBank went into branch to open an account, YOUR website says can be opened online,via telephone or IN BRANCH,our branch wont open it, we have to do it online. Bye Lloyds
