@LloydsBank I was recently conned by a taxi driver in Bratislava. I was quoted €50, but he debited €500, without any prompt for me to confirm the “purchase” in my app. I have spoken to your Customer Services, but they have been unable to do anything. Please help 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

@LloydsBank Lloyd’s banking app down again. Glad I’ve set up an account with another bank. Now to just transfer all my direct debits over, and I can finally bank again when I want without an app constantly being down 😮💨

@LloydsBank I have dyslexia, I have to look at what I have typed to make sure it is correct. I did say in my original post and it is insulting to get responses like *you only have to sign in once or you can give feedback in the app, a hidden password limits who is able to use the app.

@LloydsBank @_MonkeyMum Hey Lloyds. I tried to pay my bills last night via open banking. I kept getting a message ‘you don’t have enough funds to make this payment error’ when there were plenty available. There is definitely something wrong with it.
