    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank having problems with the app, when I try to open it is says it has failed as I am not connected to the internet, but I am and all other apps working, have deleted and reinstalled and still not working. currently cannot use my card online as needs authorising in app

    @LloydsBank absolute joke of a customer service got through to someone for them to tell me I’ve have security block on my card to be told I’ll be I’ll be put through to someone that can take it off I wait for well over an hour on hold to be cut off after 8pm #shambles

    @LloydsBank No no Nicola. You have no staff and those you do have offer sub standard service. 4 hours waiting to get through to fraud about a card that has not been stolen or defrauded just doesn’t work. I don’t need the stupid fraud department just someone to turn my card on. I’m leaving.
