Hi @LloydsBank you are a disgrace to the banking system. My mum is sat in one of your branches and they still refuse to help. She’s elderly, frail, partially sighted and very vulnerable. Call yourself helpful! Bloody useless!!!

@LloydsBank 10 out of 10 to Lloyds customer banking service today. Amazon pre-auth over £2300 from my account and still didn't send any goods. Instead they just tried to take more payments. @AmazonUK customer service 2 out of 10!

@LloydsBank 40 minutes wait time for Phonebank, get real. The same old pathetic excuse, high call volumes. If your service was good, you wouldn't get the calls in the first place or get more staff. Useless beyond belief, people have more important things to do with their time.

@LloydsBank I’m getting letters tell me to complete a PhoneBank application, asking for me to confirm my details & give a password. 1- dont have a Lloyds ac (but have LPA for friend who has Halifax ac) 2-why would you ask me to write a password down especially one I don’t have?
