    @LloydsBank And I have told it to trust my browser. It was working without card reader 48 hours ago. This could lead to big fines if I cannot file my VAT soon. Why does it no longer trust my laptop?

    @LloydsBank Hi Laura, an update for you. The branch didnt call me as I predicted - they close at 3pm. Given the importance of the situation, we had to drive to the branch - defeating the object of phonebank. The branch was empty when I got there too. Your service today has been awful tbh

    @LloydsBank hi, i am trying to do an online remortgage app and whichever format of payslip doc i try to attach it says it cant accept. Tried pdf, jpeg, bmp, png. None work. And on help but it has no supported formats listed. Any ideas? Thanks.

    @LloydsBank Hi Lynne - I have spoken to many colleagues of your's in phonebank; sadly none were actually able to help me. All I ever wanted was to speak with the Chesham branch rather than trailing in there. I had to pop in as there was no alternative. I won't be complaining but it is absurd
