@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank and @Barclays are you both having issues with your online banking right now? I can't load Lloyds online banking on the PC and it's not working on the app for both, Lloyds and Barclays. (And the BBC site half died at the same time...)
