@LloydsBank why are you virtually impossible to get hold of? Hold on for 10 mins to get local branch number, then they don't pick up anyway, guess I'll take my £500k mortgage elsewhere?

@HalifaxBank @LloydsBank I can’t get on the Halifax app at all and when I log in on the website there’s an error loading my credit card info. Can open Lloyds app but my list of payees won’t load for me to be able to send money? Considering your both @royalbankofscot - joint prob?
