  @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA All the so-called insurers are interested in is ways to avoid liability and responsibility. It is a proper shocker when you actually need to use the service and discover how little you get.

  What really upsets me about appalling levels of service I've had from @LloydsBank 'Home Emergency' and @AXA is what would happen if you were in your 80s with cognitive issues? You would have nowhere to go. I spent 94 minutes on 1 call & was cut off at the end (as 2 calls before).

  @HollyAPetersen @LloydsBank @HSBC The banks don't cgange anything though, government is not only funding new oil and gas but also doubling down on coal, then theres still the huge elephant in the room called China, so.... wouldn't pat yourselves on your backs just yet, you've hardly won the "battle" as it were.

  @LloydsBank what is your complaint process regarding a vile customer service agent in the bridgend store? Doing some banking for a disabled parent who is housebound yet just got treated like a piece of dirt on a shoe. Totally disgusting behaviour & I'll be taking it further!

  Feeling totally let down by @LloydsBank Applied for Treasures’s Account in Oct for dad’s Memorial Fund. Spoken to countless people on the phone and in local branches. Nobody can tell me its status. Absolutely heartbroken. I’m sorry Mick, I’m trying but getting nowhere.

  @LloydsBank you are having a laugh. You have a technical issue that’s preventing people drawing money out of their accounts at your Barry branch. Not acceptable- SORT IT OUT!!!

  @LloydsBank They said since the account is so old, they can't help me as they cannot retrieve the details. The account dates back to the mid 2000s so I just thought she knew what she was saying. I will visit a different branch tomorrow
