@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank After spending 6 hours getting access to my account after you blocked it when I tried to make a payment I've opened a bank account with Starling. Just tried to send my money over to MY OWN ACCOUNT and you've blocked my account again. Branch is closed. Absolute joke.

@LloydsBank Yes done all that. Even logged in through browser and still not able to make a transfer. Lots of people on down detector have reported issues as well

@LloydsBank Hi, I am trying to change my password to login to internet banking via my laptop as I can't download statements via the app. The amazing Francis at @mbna has worked out that calls are successful to Australian landlines.

@LloydsBank A Credit Score is meaningless and doesn't help at all when you have internal scoring. Maybe explain that secretive process and why a credit score doesn't mean anything?

@LloydsBank We need the mobile authentication issue resolved please. A work around of calling a landline isn't sustainable. Can you please raise a fault?
