    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LFirstaid @LloydsBank Did you get this sorted? There is an issue with samsungs website. I had the exact same issue last night. Their customer service said I had to wait 3 days

    @LloydsBank Hello, I received the classic card but when I try to connect to the application it gives me various errors. I logged in with the created account and it tells me that the password / ID are not correct if I try to change them it tells me that the card data is not found

    @LloydsBank Turns out after being passed from pillar to post this morning and even popping into a branch that it’s not possible and that the switching function isn’t supposed to be live on your website. Perhaps you could let your team know so that more people don’t waste their time

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank still not got our travel insurance documents/policy no. in the post or via email. Upgraded to platinum club account, undergone the medical screening,paid premium to cover existing conditions. Onhold for an hour. Poor service so far - please help

    @LloydsBank I am trying to get back some money that has been allocated to an old credit card so I used your online help service, that was no help, so I called your service centre, it seems like they have offered no service either. Maybe you need to rename them

    @LloydsBank travel insurance! I have tried for the last 3 days to get through to your insurance help line !!!!! I’ve held for hours each time!!! Shocking in time when people are bound to have worries and concerns they are left to listen to your horrendous hold music !!!
