    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank are you aware of any issues making online payments? Seem to just be stuck in a cycle with our customers where they just see the 3D Secure box after approving the transaction. Only affecting customers with Lloyds on any website?

    @LloydsBank curious why you have 3 staff sitting around chatting in Hammersmith branch and one teller. Yet a queue of 7 people who can't use the machines for their transactions? Don't believe in customer service any more?

    @LloydsBank Yes I have tried the app and the website and the desktop version. It says it cannot find my account when I enter my details because I have forgotten my memorable information.

    @LloydsBank for 13 years I've received mail from the old owner of my property. In all this time, we STILL receive his post. Customer services didn't want to help as it's "not your policy"...? This guy could be using my address for fraud or tax avoidance. Poor customer service.

    @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank think you are making a huge mistake withdrawing your cheque deposit service @PostOffice branches!!!! With bank branches closing across the country this is not a very good customer friendly action.

    @LloydsBank What happens after 13 years of these markers then? Surely after that many markers, I'd like to think that SOMEONE in your organisation would be proactive enough to think "I know, perhaps we ought to reach out to this customer about their details..?" It's not hard.

    @LloydsBank Yes,Claire, I've been there, waded through your many links, read stuff,spoken to Managers, and now your department,as I said,all to no avail, why, because Lloyds aim to close most branches and get customers on line. Proper Customer Service is now a thing of the past. Thank you
