    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank just opened a esaver account but not showing in the app as need to put money in. is it not showing because the app has a red note popping up with haveing problems seem to be haveing them along time?

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank 4 days ago I tried to log in to Barclays app as I have done since it was rolled out, got a message they didn't have enough info and I have to visit a branch with 2 forms of id and address confirmation before I can access a/c. All well and good...but I live in Scotland 🤬

    @LloydsBank my application ref no 89747081, please confirm if this can be processed or no, so that I can cancel this application and open in a different bank. And you a weak customer support in your branch,they keep saying like a recorded voice that they cant do anything about it

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Mike, you seem to like the struggle and the pain. If they don’t give you the service you require, move your business!! Same goes for your internet provider.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank But you must do that, I’ve done the same both with an energy company that went bust and council tax. Called out the errors but they made it impossible and took me months to get money back.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank If you cancel your direct debit they will contact you within 3 days. I had this same problem and eventually got so fed up I cancelled the d/d in frustration. Worked a treat and issue resolved. Maybe worth a try.

    THE JOY LLOYDS. I'm now making a SUBJECT DATA ACCESS REQUEST for last 12 months to @LloydsBank asking for this to include all communications mentioning my name, all records of conversations with me & all data they hold about me & my account. We all have the right to this.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Terrible that one has to fight like hell to speak with a manager. In my view most people don't ask for a manager unless they are getting nowhere with the customer assistant. Disgraceful service and it's not just Loyd's Bank either. Natwest are the same.
