    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    Not sure if @LloydsBank have forgotten me. Lady keeps disappearing to check things and doesn't come back on the third occassion... oh, now cut me off as I'm typing. Great service.

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank Shame on you requiring the latest iOS (which my old phone doesn’t support) to log into the Lloyds banking app. Didn’t realise you were so ageist. Not every mug is going to fork out a grand for the latest iPhone every couple of years! May just go back to Santander

    @LloydsBank having problems approving payments in the App. Spoken to someone on the phone who could offer no solution. I get a notification from you saying I need to approve the payments but when app loads the screen is not there like it usually is?
