    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    . @LloydsBank Your website sends a text code to confirm a change, great except there is nowhere to enter the code because the page doesn't move on. If you try again it decides it is going to post a letter, yes in 2026.

    @LloydsBank my 78 year old mother was humiliated in your Accrington branch for asking for help checking a potential scam text message. Complaint is in but calling it out on here so others can see the kind of people you employ. It’s not his first complaint either… appalling !!

    Can't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

    @drunkensquib @JackMFoster @LloydsBank And now that I’ve swapped I can’t access my Halifax. But it sounds like Lloyd banking group apps are down. I checked their website and there is no update to say service is down

    So my bank @LloydsBank has 3 members of staff standing around trying to force people to use the automated machines which are all down my I add, yet none of them go back behind the kiosk to open up more registers, make it make sense
