@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank why is there no facility for your customers to contact you using the banking app other than communication with useless robots. Dreadful customer service service.

    David Gilchrist (@DavidGilch31862) reported

@LloydsBank How can Lloyds deem Amazon, Sainsburys and Morrisons to be a risk and hence block my cards, even though I have more than enough funds,,Also my two nearest branches have now closed,,leaving a City centre the only choice,,at 80 years iof age it is difficult to park and get there so not a viable option..Seems we can no longer make deposits at the post office any more

@LloydsBank Have you ever considered having more than one person at the counter in Maidenhead 🤔 Last week I waited half an hour, today I’ve given up Poor customer service

  • ThePaypers
    The Paypers (@ThePaypers) reported

@LloydsBank 1/ Every time a customer taps a card, an invisible web of issuers, acquirers, gateways, and processors fires into action. One weak link in authorisation, routing, or uptime, and the whole flow breaks. Payments work because partnerships work.

  • tcumminsap
The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported

@LloydsBank I mean it was a complaint that because increasing frustrating because somebody was pasting answers to me from a crib sheet. A fast pass to showing customers you’re not understanding the nuances of the situation your insecure bank caused and causing them to lose their temper. It was even suggested I contact @OnlyFans - and so there you Go - they’re tagged. Let’s see if effectively a porn site - or a site used to shake men down - has better scruples that @LloydsBank. I’d actually enjoy writing that piece.

  • westrowhendo
    John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported

@LloydsBank @laze83 He has a point. A branch is of little help if it's not open when most people can get to it. Can you explain the thinking, if any, that led to these odd opening hours? It's as unhelpful as the short lived shop on a commuter estate we lived on that only opened weekdays 10am - 5pm.

  • DerekDonkey1977
    Steph Murray (@DerekDonkey1977) reported

@LloydsBank No, but I can detail that the staff in the Maidenhead branch are inept at managing a queue 2 people sat at the desk doing nothing with a large queue forming Then the one cashier had a technical issue and nobody immediately came to assist Terrible customer service
