    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    I have now been waiting over 40 minutes to get through to @LloydsBank . More staff required. Customer service is non existent at the mo, except via Twitter where they seem to have oodles of staff.

    @LloydsBank Thank you. I’ve tried phoning to find out opening times and after a tortuous process to get through to speak to an advisor I’ve now been told it will be 20 mins before my call is answered. Not great customer service.

    @LloydsBank hi guys think your app is broken- I am unable to order paper statements for an account, just returns an error / resource unavailable. Is there another way? Or can my local branch print me one off? I need it quickly.

    @LloydsBank, British Airways is keep rejecting my card for payment, the flight is in 2days!! What can be the issue?? Could LLOYDS block it? Pls help , no one is picking up from your call centre.
