    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    Not sure if @LloydsBank have forgotten me. Lady keeps disappearing to check things and doesn't come back on the third occassion... oh, now cut me off as I'm typing. Great service.

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank Your so called 'customer service' is a joke. Hung on the phone for over 20 mins & still unable to get the answer to a simple question (how much do you charge to accept a cheque drawn in US Dollars?) then when I ask to make a complaint told that will take another hour!

    @pistolpj29 @LloydsBank Hi Peter, no! website keeps reporting internal server errors when you try to manage on line. Phone system is not fit for purpose and nobody answers anyway. I have emailed and asked them how they expect anyone to communicate with them, no reply of course. Appalling.

    @LloydsBank It says it dosent recognise my card details which ive used several times previously . I have a classic account and im 50. Ive brought a few things without any problems this evening from amazon, ebay and moonpig just some sites i.e asda and ee playing up

    @LloydsBank No I got all responses and there are no unread messages. It is the chat that is creating the notification but it won’t clear itself. I was told several months ago that this was a known issue and would be fixed but it’s still not working properly

    @LloydsBank I just know you’re knocking the Farnworth branch down and denying it. It’s been hell living in Asia with a Lloyds account, mammoth expensive phone calls and **** service. Your dull and uninspired marketing covers up nothing!
