    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank please bring back ‘ Summary of your annual interest’ back and issue it promptly for each account after the end of the tax year. You did this up until 2018 but now it’s bundled in with standard statements or notice of fees and really difficult to find or too late.

    @LloydsBank struggling to get money into my TSB account. Used details previous to the split to send money to @TSB. Unfortunately, contains 'lloyds' in the IBAN number, but money was for TSB account. No help from either side!

    2/ Just called my bank @LloydsBank and they won't help unless I have contacted the Merchant (which I can't do - see above) or allow my card to be cancelled which is bloody inconvenient. Absolutely #shitcustomerservice from two UK Institutions!

    Did not expect impressive #CustomerService from a call to @amazon speedy action to fraud orders. Not quite as quick service from @LloydsBank but problem resolved.

    @LloydsBank my car insurance is supposedly invalid as my proof of no claims has not come through even though we posted it the next day. We were told to ring on the number provided on the email. However all of the numbers come up as an incorrect number. Can you help?

    @LloydsBank I can not call this number because I am not in the UK. Your international numbers are extortionate to call, you have no direct messaging service within the App. Nothing works....just pure misery and appalling levels of service with your bank
