@LloydsBank Laura, as per my previous tweets, the company(s) are saying it is not them. Bearing in mind this has now happened with more than one company more likely to be either a browser problem or a problem on your end by stopping the verification from taking place.

@LloydsBank Good start. My name's not Colin. Can't get money transf between accounts. Fraud team suspended my access. After call that was unlocked but still couldn't make payment. Transferred to more teams, still unable. Given another number to call - didn't exist

Anyone having intermittent online payment problems with @LloydsBank? Payments, not going through, Lloyds can't see the payment request but the companies I am buying from say it's not them. Don't know if it is a bank problem, a cookie problem, a browser problem. Help!!!!

@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank I've just been cut off after over an hour on hold to @HSBC_UK. At calling them at their request. After them not replying to emails they asked that send them. Dreadful service.
