Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

Rob (@Running_Far_) reported@LloydsBank fraud service absolutely useless. Talking to an agent today, they made numerous assumptions that prevented a payment. Fair enough. Then suggested I go to a branch to sort. There aren't any left you cretins! I do internet banking so I don't have t drive 30mins

yukoholistic (@yukoholistic) reported@LloydsBank Let me clarify - it’s not me made a duplicate payment it’syour system failed - I had tried but I got error message to say it didn’t go through and try again later. Lloyds bank failing to handle transaction is very concerning and unacceptable.
