    @LloydsBank No, I have been in a very frustrating multi hour phone round, no explanation on that just that there was a note in the file that it couldn't be verified. I don't have my original phone and I can't get voice password so I'm stuck in US with no access to the account.

    @LloydsBank trying to sort this via phone. Yes POA setup. Lloyds need to realise they have some severe issues with the way they handle vulnerable customers. Some of your staff are excellent (Tracy in POA team), whilst others have caused no end of harm.

    @LloydsBank That will be ‘acknowledged’ in the next 5 working days, and will be resolved at some indeterminate point in the future. I’m genuinely staggered just how badly you’ve screwed up on this, and how much aggravation, financial loss and anxiety you’re causing me. (2/2)
