    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank So I was on hold. Wasting my time again. Got out through to someone where I had to explain- again! And he said there’s nothing that they can do. Because the customer has to tell you they’ve moved. So I apparently don’t have any choice but to accept this as an ongoing issue?

    @LloydsBank This is not acceptable. I have raised the issue a number of times. And I’ll keep raising it. It will never be acceptable to keep sending someone else’s mail to me because you don’t have another way to deal with it. Find a way. Escalate the issue.
