@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank Hi, just called customer services to get the address to post a cheque to as too big to pay in via app & doing this for a housebound relative. They were unable to advise of any other method of paying in a cheque apart from going to a branch or the post office. Really?

@LloydsBank I've read through this and at the end of the day I still need to ring the bereavement line. Will wait until I've calmed down. This has all caused me to have a massive meltdown.

@LloydsBank It was the number I was linked from the app. This isn't the first time though, I've wasted hours now trying to get this sorted. I've reported my card lost now, hopefully a brand new card will help the situation. If not I'll just cancel the credit card as it's pointless.
