    Customer service with @LloydsBank is a joke! 45 minutes on hold only to be told to call another number that's quoting a 50 minute wait time. All because I had the cheek to try and use my card to buy a laptop in store.

    @chris15_ace @LloydsBank Ha - literally going through the same problem. Lloyds do not give you an acknowledgement of the request, so there is no way to prove your request has been received. Therefore - no way to say when the 30 days should start from...

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @LloydsBank hi, tried to buy a Hoover from Argos, put card details in and then the Argos site said couldn’t process my order and try another payment type. The amount is showing as pending on my account. How do I make sure Argos don’t take this as no order confirmed. Thank you
