What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

Malcolm Kemp FRSA (@Malcolm_Kemp) reported@DrDavidPrice @LloydsBank My problem with Nat West - whom I've been with since I started work in October 1966 is that, other than calling in to a local branch, if you need to speak to them (ie have a live conversation) it's virtually impossible to get hold of a live human on the phone. Hopeless service.
