    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank @Depheruk Hi @LloydsBank I can understand that you cannot resolve the issue via Twitter but please prioritise it. Raising a complaint before you act can allow you to waste another month! Meanwhile children are literally worried they will die from starvation. Act don’t patronise

    @A_Guy_on_Here @LloydsBank I had to pay for something online today. 2 hours on the phone and lines so bad in their call centre that we couldn't get it fixed. This comes just a week after they had to compensate me for the same issue! Utterly ridiculous.

    What's the problem with @LloydsBank ? Hackers have gained access to my account and the bank does not allow me to get access to them so money continues to leave the account. I call the bank and the phone rings for 2 (Two) hours before I get fed up and ring off.

    @LloydsBank been on the phone waiting to speak to customer support for 1 hour and 30 minutes now. This is genuinely a joke.

    @CharLouKing @LloydsBank I'm now onto my 2nd official complaint about this issue. They compensated me last week and told me it was fixed... of course, the same problem happened again when I tried to use it today. Just the 2 hours on hold this afternoon and lines so bad when they answered the call dropped

    @TideBusiness @LloydsBank @monesehelp We got a resolution, it was a bug in the app. My problem was it took so long on chat to try and resolve. Only got to speak to someone at all after reaching out on here

    @Refusah @LloydsBank Sounds familiar! Lloyds used to be the standard for banking customer service, but, like many companies, since the pandemic, they've become absolutely useless.
