@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

  • 24hpork Harry ⚒ (@24hpork) reported from Atherton, England

@LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

@LloydsBank When we pay for a service or goods with a bank card, the payment is instant. However, getting a deposit, refund, or holding fee returned takes 5 working days. Why is this? You take my money as soon as possible, but hold onto it for a few days. #noideawhy

  • NathanShahid2 Nathan Shahid (@NathanShahid2) reported

@LloydsBank Can I get help with finding the right contact number for my enquiry please

  • Salisburyrovers Salisbury Rovers FC (@Salisburyrovers) reported

@LloydsBank I am still getting the same message and have been trying for two days. I am only logging on through my pc. It takes me so far in to an application to allow someone to have access to our accounts and then gives me a code and then does this.

  • RichardAUsher richardausher (@RichardAUsher) reported

@LloydsBank Whilst I appreciate the need to prevent fraud, to put a block on my account without ANY notification or contact has created numerous problems for me. Making simple transactions has become a lottery. I will be contacting the ombudsman about this matter.

  • beans_eth Nick (@beans_eth) reported

@AmazonHelp I have been locked out of my account for a month now with no access and £900 worth of gift cards on there. NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN HELP WHAT DO I DO???? I have recipts for the gift cards. How do i speak to a uk account specialist? @Morrisons @LloydsBank

  • mjen30 maria (@mjen30) reported

@LloydsBank hi could you tell me if there any issues with your app? I’ve been unable to access it all weekend, it’s still stuck on the authenticating your device.

  • FfredBollom Ffred (@FfredBollom) reported

@LloydsBank when I try to use your new switch offer and set up an account with you, it says my card expiry date of the account I want to switch from is incorrect - but it isn't. Can you advise? As I can't proceed without this working

  • Salisburyrovers Salisbury Rovers FC (@Salisburyrovers) reported

@LloydsBank Thanks I've tried on my phone too. It says the same thing. I've secure messaged about this too. No response. I log in to the club account, go to try and add someone, put in all their details and the approver's details and then it sends me a code and then gives me this message

  • zenithosu Em (@zenithosu) reported

@LloydsBank I've already filled out all my personal info, now adding details of current bank, just the card expiry date is the issue, it seems like a date exactly 5 years from now is not accepted

  • EugeneJ89312567 E (@EugeneJ89312567) reported

@LloydsBank That's a waste on time - you automated system won't let a person who's not a customer report fraud. Beginning to wonder if banks are serious about stopping crooks @Barclays @daily71232257
