@LloydsBank terrible bank, for no reason at all, card and account suspended. It's been two days. Called twice, no information visited two branches, no information, the only response is we are sorry and it can take until the 16th, and my money on hold, how do you expect me to pay.

@LloydsBank here's an idea. When you block a transaction for suspected fraud, then block access to online banking, perhaps you should call me rather than prompting me to get in touch. Especially since I have to wait 40mins in a queue before I can even talk to somebody.
