Dusty Wolfman (@dusty_wolfman) reported@LloydsBank Can you advise whether this was a result of errors made by onshore or offshore colleagues? If your development centres in India are not following change processes you need to be bringing the work back onshore and taking advantage of skilled UK workers. #HelpingBritainProsper

flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank Look. You are supposed to be my bank. You are shutting ALL banking outlets. My credit card is supposed to protect me against fraudsters yet its next to impossible to get you to stop a payment. No contact info online for HUMAN interaction. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU WITH MY MONEY!
-
Grant Williams (@GWilliamsLLM) reportedHey @LloydsBank was holding to sort out a payment issue and you were “incredibly busy” then cut me off… 😤
-
Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank This week, MPs on the Treasury select committee wrote to the chief executive of Lloyds, Charlie Nunn, 2 demand answers about how much compensation would be paid to those affected Oh dear, so there was a glitch. Lloyds refused my complaint because it had none🙄
-
on_tour (@inmotionslb) reported@NKolliari57931 @LloydsBank this is why we need decentralised finance, no one can stop you from having access to your own money. banks = cowboys
-
Clayton Shivers (@Clayshiv) reported@steveleonard72 @LloydsBank This is the painful side of card migrations that never gets talked about. Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.
-
The Paypers (@ThePaypers) reported@LloydsBank 1/ Every time a customer taps a card, an invisible web of issuers, acquirers, gateways, and processors fires into action. One weak link in authorisation, routing, or uptime, and the whole flow breaks. Payments work because partnerships work.
-
Pen Warner (@p3nf0ld) reported@LloydsBank Why have you limited my access to my account, I went to tesco to buy food and was declined because I have spent to much today. Are you kidding me, its my money and I want to spend it when I want.
-
Tina Silker 💙 (@TinaTpl) reported@LloydsBank can you help me access my online banking app (new phone/change of number is complicating this). Ive tried everything, I thought I was getting somewhere and now its asking me to enter the one time pass code which Ive never received. This is getting beyond frustrating

Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@TheFCA Kate Cheethams arse twitching at the moment @LloydsBank. Was it worth spending all that customer money on outside Lawyers?
