@LloydsBank I'm unable to use my card as you suspect fraudulent activity. I have now been on hold waiting to speak to an advisor for 1 hour & 10 mins. Surely if you block my card, you should call me? I was the person trying to make a purchase & now Im stuck on hold. Advice?

@MorganBroadcast Sorry to hear about this. My back at @LloydsBank managed to refund the fraud to me when I got scammed - a much better service than @santanderuk who appear to be on another side (not their customer‘s)

@LloydsBank Hi, is there any way someone can help without having to call? Don't really want to spend any money waiting in a queue… My replacement credit card won't work anywhere, but my account says it's active and there's nothing I need to do but start using it… Frustrating!

@LloydsBank 30 minutes on the support line I raised concern I can clearly hear the business of other customers discussed by other call handlers, This took ages to "pass to a manager" who didn't speak to me but excused the issue by saying "but it is a call centre" Not good enough

@MorganBroadcast I had a similar thing happen to me a good few years ago (albeit on a smaller scale) and @LloydsBank dealt with it admirably. Handled it all for me and I received all of my money back into my account along with help on how to re-secure the account
