@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank This isn't a me problem that your helpline colleagues will be able to resolve, its your app and since its consistent across all 3 apps its definitely on your side. I've been with Halifax since 1995 but lining up a switch deal unless this is resolved.

@LloydsBank live chat/support - 59 minutes and 2 messages responded to. Not only do you regularly block payments, you make us jump through hoops to get access to our own money and your support is painful!

@LloydsBank How do I claim compensation for yet another failing of your online systems. You drive us to use the app or website but seem incapable of managing them. No other banks have this problem. I have been a Lloyds customer for over 40 years but i think it’s time to leave.

  • TrevorMore42887
    Trev wright (@TrevorMore42887) reported

@LloydsBank Is the app down today? Can't log into it won't go past the authenticating screen. The website say's it's okay. It's really not. According to down detector others are having issues. Halifax was fine this is becoming an absolute joke. Moving my account elsewhere would be easier.

  • effsee_
    effsee (@effsee_) reported

@HalifaxBank @LloydsBank Hi I am having trouble moving my money to another account, it says I need to log into Lloyds but I don't have a Lloyds account. Been speaking with tech support via the app for the past hour but they seem to have cut me off. Please can you help me?

  • Rumeet13

@LloydsBank have checked the dm. my query has not been fully addressed to my satisfaction and the problem still persists. please resolve the queries addressed properly and concisely.

  • markrstockley
    Mark Stockley (@markrstockley) reported

@LloydsBank why is seemingly a 50/50 shot whether I can log in every time I use your app? Constantly down- delaying payments & ability to transfer. Always so poor. At what point do you compensate for letting your customers down?

  • DaveCockerLeeds
    David Cocker (@DaveCockerLeeds) reported

@FollowMeAndLUFC @LloydsBank Sorted next week Heidi, Pauline & I off to Leeds City Centre to transfer everything to Santander Bank Been with Halifax 55 years & not had a problem until @LloydsBank came onto scene & promised a ‘seamless transfer’ can’t do anything until Lloyds Bank Letter via Royal Mail 🤬

@rob2775 @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank For many years, the apps, websites, services, are down or are broken constantly. Lloyd's Group don't seem interested in fixing their issues or hiring skilled people. Lloyd's timeline is just a list of app problems. In 2026, this is unacceptable.
