@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank Why is it always pay day or weekends? It must be a capacity issue. £11.50 a month account fee - this should be refunded every time this happens. That’d focus the people in charge.

@LloydsBank Not sure you understand my query. I'm a Lloyds customer, the process is valid, it works, I understand it. I'm querying why it's doing it for this specific site, needlessly, every time? Obviously, you can stop it, it's your process (not the vendor's), isn't it?

Credit where it's due for brilliant service from @LloydsBank . Discovered that my debit card was compromised in July & used to pay for Netflix. After speaking to both companies, messaged Lloyds Fraud via their app, spoke to a human & money refunded in 20 mins. @MartinSLewis
