Normal people must not stop reacting normally. Tell others what's happened to you. Don't accept low standards from corporate services or anything or anyone else. Call out poor service - as I've had from @LloydsBank bank recently (85 minutes on phone today). Praise good service.

@LloydsBank Unbelievably poor communication from you. Went into a branch of Lloyds and your employees were as out of the loop as we are. COMMUICATE please ffs. Nearly a whole day without access to online banking and all the branches near me have been closed down.

@eciruammai @LloydsBank They will pay - Financial Ombudsmen Service costs £750 per complaint upheld or not, I’d say its cheaper paying you that.
