@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank 2 of 3 side because it was counted by two @santanderuk employees as I withdrew from there (next door branch). Either your machine has taken it or your colleague. Is this what you call your customer service? I have heard this happen to people before also.

March 21 @TUIUK refund our holiday via @AskPayPal and @LloydsBank rejected the money and just like that 3300 goes missing with all 3 denying they have it and not one of you are willing to help, Surely one of them has insurance to cover this. 10 months of fighting getting nowhere

of harassment against. Malure was a contractor, working for @Huntswood in the compliance department of @LloydsBank, when in September 2019, she unlawfully printed off copies of Jason's bank statements. She shared these (at least) with Lyndsey Knox, @NickCohen4, & Steve Bullock

@LloydsBank There was a sign at the checkout saying the contactless payment wasn't working so chip-pin was needed, but I didn't notice until after I'd tapped my card. The cashier still asked me to put my card in the machine to pay so I guess both transactions went through.

@LloydsBank Okay, but this seems to be an issue that others have had as well, judging by Twitter responses.

@LloydsBank That isn't good enough. You need to call people back. You have large sums of customers money and you are denying people access to it and cutting them off. This is not acceptable behaviour from a bank. Have a call back system. I'm now in the same queue 1 hour 20 and counting.
