@LloydsBank I first got this when trying to set up a new payee. Got all way through to sending then error message appeared. Since then can’t even see my transactions.

@LloydsBank It's not necessary access to the accounts, it's the fact that one person in the team cannot perform all of the functions necessary to complete the task. At first all seemed fine, but then I needed ID verification and was passed along, then passed back to someone else! Not happy.

@LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

@LloydsBank Having spent 3+ hours on the phone to you where I was passed from pillar to post, had my call cut out twice and having to start all over again, you still couldn’t solve an issue. I am not happy.
