@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@HSBC_UK @LBC 2/2 Still on the call with advisor who refuses to help and just goes silent. You’d rather let them be a victim of fraud. You should ask @LloydsBank how to do things properly when it comes to safeguarding vulnerable people from financial abuse.

@LloydsBank could you please explain why it’s been 15 working days for my complaint and nobody has been assigned to it yet? Also why all the customer service staff are unable to take responsibility and ownership to help resolve my complaint. At no point was this even attempted.

@LloydsBank hi james the most recent statement goes up to April only and we need the past 3 months as official statements and can’t see anywhere to do that. we also need an up to date help to buy statement and can’t access that either. is going to the branch the only option?

Anyone else having issues making payments with a @LloydsBank or @tsb card? Sainsbury's couldn't take payment for today's order through either card, luckily my partner banks elsewhere so he saved the day as we're covid isolating so can't go out to get food!

@LloydsBank for two months I am trying to open Smart Start account for my 11 year old daughter. I had issues online and on the app, was told to go in the branch. I went today, to be told that Smart start can be only open online. This is ridiculous!

@LloydsBank . All this morning. You've rejected my international money transfer to Poland - no reason. Then you BLOCKED my account even though login details were correct. Now, I've been ON-HOLD for 55mins and counting! This is terrible.
