The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported@LloydsBank I mean it was a complaint that because increasing frustrating because somebody was pasting answers to me from a crib sheet. A fast pass to showing customers you’re not understanding the nuances of the situation your insecure bank caused and causing them to lose their temper. It was even suggested I contact @OnlyFans - and so there you Go - they’re tagged. Let’s see if effectively a porn site - or a site used to shake men down - has better scruples that @LloydsBank. I’d actually enjoy writing that piece.
-
Andy Shepherd (@AndyJShepPhoto) reported@LloydsBank after the recent issues with people's personal and banking information being visible across the banking groups apps can you disable the feature that allows screenshots to be taken. The Barclays app doesn't allow it and neither should yours.
-
Pen Warner (@p3nf0ld) reported@LloydsBank Why have you limited my access to my account, I went to tesco to buy food and was declined because I have spent to much today. Are you kidding me, its my money and I want to spend it when I want.
-
Viv (@VIVADENXCIXXX) reported@BackintDales @LloydsBank But on that assumption you are saying that ALL customers using their credit cards are inveterate gamblers with a problem & that simply is not true. Like men who were gamblers/drinkers & gov enforced employer to stop £ from wages to give to wife...these actions are exceptions.
-
Freesia 🌹 Bouquet (@JooDS2) reported@LloydsBank very disappointed today to find out that you will not be participating in the new banking hub in St Annes on the Sea. Older and less able customers now have to get themselves to Blackpool or Preston. Not good and definitely not good customer service.
-
The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported@LloydsBank I’ll get my money back though @Visa I expect. It was low modest sums - significant enough to feel it when you’re disabled and your money is extending to supporting family who are providing life ending care preventing them from working - but the amounts or banking aspect of my friend my experience isn’t what is being complained about here. Let’s make that absolutely clear.
-
Joe💫Lewis (@joelewis_1996) reported@LloydsBank I get it wasn’t a security issue and was down to an internal IT change but it’s still a data breach surely.
-
Steve Leonard (@steveleonard72) reported@LloydsBank No complaint needed. After speaking to your fraud squad it turns out that the card was due to expire month end and for some reason a block was added. So they kindly removed it after some checks. Might be worth making it a priority suggestion instead of those given.

Matthew Jaggard (@MatthewJaggard) reported@LloydsBank ..you support the many customers that do not want this

Maxine Connolly (@MaxineConn28577) reported@LloydsBank Now saying login details need reset...I hadn't even entered any!
