Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

@LloydsBank my elderly parents are without heating and water. Have been since their frozen pipes burst almost 24 hours ago. They were on hold for 5 hours, then finally their call was answered, only to then be cut off with no resolution. Appalling customer service.
