@LloydsBank Hello, I have received text this morning about one of my current accounts being overdrawn. I have paid funds in to cover any further payments, will I be charged??? There is no overdraft facility on the account. Thank you for your help!!!

Very disappointed again at @LloydsBank at the service level. Called today & the only message I received was that #LloydsBank is closed today. Nothing at all about when next open. Once again shows the shortcomings; the disinterest in customer service, just like endless wait times.

@LloydsBank any idea when we will have access to the travel insurance hub. Been trying for weeks with no success. Allianz advises it's a Lloyd's issue.

@LloydsBank Hi Lloyd's. I have a pending transaction from Amazon on my current account. I billed the wrong acc. In error and changed with amazon immediately but led to funds being 'reserved' that have now been taken from correct account. How long will these funds be held for?

@LloydsBank on the phone to your car insurance department, must be a world record of being put on hold, currently have been on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes, and already been given incorrect information ony first call! Shocking customer service and incorrect advise offered!

@LloydsBank am@saddened the mortgage people just dismissed my application on one tiny issue that’s not even an issue. I’ve spoken to my solicitor who says it does not make sense. Causes me a lot of distress over Xmas. 😢

@LloydsBank you have blocked my card and an advisor can not unlock it instead I have to wait in a queue that's approx 30 mins for someone else too with no option of a callback. Any help I can get here before I have to go to work without being able to pay for bus?
