    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank Yeah but the new card has the same number as my current one. Why would you send me new one if I hadn't requested one? It just feels wrong. Tried to contact your customer service but waiting time is just too long.

    @nadinematheson @LloydsBank I’ve been trying all day to process payments at work without success - came home to try thinking it was internet problems in the office but the same here. Got wages to pay !! Hope our lads will be understanding!!

    Hi @LloydsBank, I have received a text message saying that my credit card (number ends exactly same as my current one) is on its way. I did not request a new credit card tho. Is it related to todays technical issues or should I be worried?

    @LloydsBank worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Just been passed between 5 different people all of whom said they’d pass me to the right person. 1.5 hours on the phone, and after the last pass I’m hung up on because suddenly it’s ‘out of hours’?? Absolutely outrageous

    @LloydsBank I am able to login(very slow) but then there is no transfer button available for my classic account. I can only do internal transfer within my accounts(classic -> savings) .. All my external payees got vanished as well.
