@LloydsBank @donnaellis0112 Not good enough. I need to send money to family, and have been trying since before 10am. It's now 5.35 pm Your help desk didn't know about it, and when they offered to put me through to an agent to do it, 40 minute wait on the phone.

@LloydsBank Hi this doesn't really help me as I don't have time to sit on hold to call or even know if its set up. This has been down all day now and I haven't been able to pay bills, eat, or use transport. I am stuck at home as nothing works. Any idea when this will be back?
