    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @MartinSLewis HELP PLEASE mil has purchased home ins w/ @AXA they are going to void the policy because she is “uninsurable” with them apparently! She has been with @LloydsBank for years and had home emergency cover with RSA attached 3 claims were made on the home emergency 1/

    @LloydsBank Answered after 1hr 22mins and have been give the wrong number… FANTASTIC Now some is hopefully passing my details to the claims team (03456044004 for everyone that doesn’t know this) BUT it can take 48 working day hrs again SO now Im looking at tuesday IF people do as they say ?

    @LloydsBank Incredible, you told me you won't call back, then you tell me you will if I DM details, I do so, you don't call. I finally got some outside help to pay my phone bill and you have an hour wait then rude responses and bullshit questioning. You punish disabled people.

    30 min wait time from @LloydsBank to verify a card on Apple Pay. Really terrible customer service. And still blaming the pandemic!

    @LloydsBank See other reply below. I have to get Vat return out by end of this month, can’t get into statements or anything, effectively shut down my ability to do business or pay bills etc. Plus other biz essential tasks. A bank working in numbers can’t generate a new code in under 10 days?

    @LloydsBank Hello its Mark here. We have called three numbers. 0345, and international access number and an 0141 number that Lloyd's gave us yesterday. There are circa 18 payments that have gone Missing.
