@LloydsBank I’m trying to make a payment to an Indian company but you’ve declined my payment and revoked access to my account. I now have to wait 20minutes on hold when it’s an urgent matter. Restore access to my account & allow me to make payments or I will be changing my bank.

Is anyone else having a problem getting their credit card accepted with @AmazonUK it's a @LloydsBank Mastercard and the bank are saying its being refused due to amazon not implementing new security measures and amazon say its overuse which I know is rubbish

@LloydsBank This is the problem though. I can’t wait and go on hold. I have to keep trying and getting cut off. This is adding to the stress of what I am trying to deal with as have two young children in the house. At least if I could go on hold I would know I will eventually get through.

@Bigger_Bang_TV @LloydsBank For 6 months I have been attempting to access funds in an ISA account I've also had for over 20 years.They lost my financial info.,they lost my Registered Mail,they fail to communicate between depts., they mislead, equivocate, hide mistakes, and act unconscionably with customers.

@LloydsBank As I have already said, I have tried multiple times with multiple browsers and both 5G and WiFi on both my phone and my laptop. Every time I filled quite a lot of personal detials and then at the very last stage of submitting application, it got into error.

@LloydsBank Whilst I understand the line is busy it doesn’t help as this is a line for emergencies and I can’t get through. Over 100 calls and every time cut off. This is causing more damage and risk to my family and this is what this policy is meant to prevent. Why isn’t there a option to
