@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@Spotify Well done. I was enjoying my spotify wrapped top 100 and then I scroll down to the bottom and see the @LloydsBank 2019 advert song was there. Why isn't there preventive measures to make sure this doesn't happen? Couldn't you at least included a TW:SUPER SAD? not pleased.

Hi @LloydsBank - I'm trying to open an account. Online, I get an error 1007 ID etc and can't get passed that. Via phone, I keep getting cut off after talking to a machine for a few minutes. Is there a new client e-mail you can DM me? Or a number I can call and talk to a human?

@LloydsBank I just tried logging in to desktop version and get an error at log in. Days Error: 1007 ID 18.5cce and more characters. I think there's an issue if both my phone and desktop giving me an error.

Hey @LloydsBank your tills in your Morriston (Swansea store) have not been working for 3 weeks. As well as being a big inconvenience for customers, it is also unfair on your poor staff working there who get continual abuse from customers for something outside of their control!!

@LloydsBank pathetic customer service. Called directly from the app, told the bot I needed the fraud dept, waited 20 minutes to get through,to get told I'm at the wrong dept. Now on hold again being told it will be a other 20 minutes.
