    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

    @LloydsBank Hi. Still not working unfortunately. The amount of my credit card still hasn’t changed although the credit available has changed (like previously mentioned)

    @Phil_Sandford @LloydsBank Oh mate, be all over you like a rash if other way around.😤 Website pretty good at telling you what you are req'd to do.. not quite so clear with exactly HOW you're supposed to do it.!!😤 It seems as though it SHOULD be really simple.. but maybe that's just me.     @CharLouKing @LloydsBank I'm now onto my 2nd official complaint about this issue. They compensated me last week and told me it was fixed... of course, the same problem happened again when I tried to use it today. Just the 2 hours on hold this afternoon and lines so bad when they answered the call dropped

    @A_Guy_on_Here @LloydsBank I had to pay for something online today. 2 hours on the phone and lines so bad in their call centre that we couldn't get it fixed. This comes just a week after they had to compensate me for the same issue! Utterly ridiculous.

    @Refusah @LloydsBank Sounds familiar! Lloyds used to be the standard for banking customer service, but, like many companies, since the pandemic, they've become absolutely useless.

    @Depheruk @LloydsBank @GoFundMeUK Had issues with PayPal as well, when donating to a homeless charity. Lloyds will just say 'meh, what you gonna do?' We need better, we need a General Election on Thursday 26th May in order to tell banks who is the Master and who is the Servant.

    @Twinspark74 @LloydsBank You’re not alone waiting 30 mins to speak to customer service and then being put on hold for an hour to speak to Fraud department. Every time I call @LloydsBank they are experiencing an ‘unusually high number of calls’ which would suggest they need more customer service people.
