@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank I been with lloyds bank about 20 years as loyal customer and I am afraid can't wait change this bank, reson is they close my credit card account without let me know and never missed payment.i am paying off everything by next year and I will never recommend anyone to anyone

@LloydsBank ordered replacement bank card on the 12th April. Got app notification on the 15th April saying it was in the post. Now 25th April and still not turned up. Said would be received in 3-5 working days. What do I do?

@LloydsBank your International help desk services are non existent! I have been trying to speak to someone in connection with a transfer sent to me for the last week. I have sat on the phone for hours waiting for someone to pick up. Disgusting service!

@LloydsBank @AliApow I had this same issue and I found it was a game a brain game I had down loaded issue with bank apps they don't like malware and if the apps over lay the app doesn't think it's safe but that was just my issue
