@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank Ok so I called last night and after spending 3 and half hours on the phone and several complaints later I still can not use my card. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experience. Trying to get in contact with you is impossible.

@LloydsBank why are advisors never available on the app support, no matter when I message? :/ I cannot call while at work and I've been trying to resolve this issue since Friday.
