@LloydsBank Not tried the Website on mobile as it is quite awkward to navigate. Will attempt next time I have this fault. I can access my payees on website via laptop.

@LloydsBank trying to sort a charge back on a credit card, can't do it on the app after 14 days, rang customer service on the day after it happened, told me to ring back today, rang back and then forwarded on to the correct department. Which was closed :) nothing but hassle

@LloydsBank I’m getting nowhere trying to speak to a member of staff on the app, and your automated line won’t understand my postcode when i talk. Apple have 2x refused a refund of £85.99 that my 11 month old accidentally triggered without me knowing. I need help disputing it.

@LloydsBank I had to cancel a hotel room because there was a browser error, the hotel refused to refund. I was told on the phone to yourselves this would be eligible for a charge back. I'll ring up tomorrow
