    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

    @EllieMae833411 @LloydsBank Yes, that's their logic. The person on the helpdesk at Lloyds couldn't tell me how I was supposed to use a fingerprint to log in on my desktop PC! It's like children are in charge at Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank How can Lloyds deem Amazon, Sainsburys and Morrisons to be a risk and hence block my cards, even though I have more than enough funds,,Also my two nearest branches have now closed,,leaving a City centre the only choice,,at 80 years iof age it is difficult to park and get there so not a viable option..Seems we can no longer make deposits at the post office any more

    @LloydsBank 1. Another thing: you are facilitating fraudsters. The reason why there is so much online fraud is because you do not crack down on it, instead you push back responsibility onto your customers when there is nothing they can do until after the act, when they find out.

  • FREE56789492
    F.R.E.E (@FREE56789492) reported

    @LloydsBank it has been 23hrs since I asked for help regarding the data breach. You have responded twice here on X but not via the app. How safe is my data!! Who has seen my details! UK GDPR breach, what is going on!

  • AndrwMaskell
    Andrew Maskell (@AndrwMaskell) reported

    @LloydsBank It could only have happened because something was changed, by your obviously inexperienced IT staff, resulting in release of customer informationwhich was compounded by your very poor standard of testing experienced over many years.

    @chalcd @LloydsBank Awful decision.

  • spikestweeting

    @hopkinscricket @LloydsBank The moment the high street branch closes change everything to a bespoke online bank. We are paying for a service these banks are not providing.

  • SomnusWanderers
    Mark Fraser (@SomnusWanderers) reported

    @LloydsBank How are you going to prove & guarantee that my transactions as a customer weren’t seen & screenshot by a member of the public? I’m very serious about that point. You seem to underplay this severe GDPR tragedy, but I’m not
