@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@ammar_kha1af @LloydsBank I recently got the S21 Ultra and I'm having the same issue funny enough. It's only the lloyds app and the app team I called told me it must be a software issue and not their fault. I manage to get so far then the screen freezes up. Interesting we're both having the issue on S21.

@LloydsBank I’ve been having issues getting access to my account through internet banking for the past couple months. I currently live outside of England and don’t have access to the uk number attached to my account. Thus, I can’t do the last security check required by the bank

@LloydsBank Hello. When signing in with the fingerprint I had the error message "App launch failed. Sorry, we're having technical problems...." I reinstalled the app, logged in and went through phone verification but then had a blank screen. I have been using the website last few days.

@LloydsBank I need to access my account but can't because of the security code which is only provided by phone. The phone is uk based I live in Canada and I have only a mobile Canadian number. I prefer not to call as it is too expensive. thanks Chantal

@MSE_Deals I would switch if their technology is reliable and secure, for the moment im sticking with @LloydsBank even though i dont get much from them. Been with lloyds since they were, Lloyds then to LloydsTSB to LloydsBank, never had any issues i dont recall.... but could do with £130🤔
