@LloydsBank Absolutely outrageous. I have been trying to make an international payment for 11 days. I have called multiple times and no one has been able to help. You keep telling me to “just keep trying” because, in your words, “it’s not glitching all of the time.” Only banks are able to hold on to money that is not theirs, cause the problem themselves and then provide zero useful customer service. This needs to be resolved immediately. #lloyds #lloydsbank #charlienunn

@LloydsBank @em_nightreader Whilst Lloyds are having these problens ie THEIR problems they should put special measures in place not expect customers to go through normal 'wading through treacle' measures.

@LloydsBank Hi. I’ve not completed any move. I do however have the same information shown whether that’s in the Halifax app or Lloyds app. So assuming as it’s all in the Lloyds app too the Halifax one will just eventually stop working?

  • ConstableChaos
    Constable Chaos (@ConstableChaos) reported

For crying out loud @HalifaxBank @LloydsBank @LBGplc answer your sodding phones !! We have multiple fraudulent transactions taking place at major stores - your mobile app and chat bots are utterly useless and going round in circles - and you wonder why #Fraud is such an issue 🤬
