Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

Chris D Leeds (@ChrisEastLeeds) reported@LloydsBank I can't use online banking because (despite a text asking me to) I can't log in. Halifax/Lloyds websites don't recognise me.
-
Nick Warrilow (@nickwarrilow) reportedI have been forced to change app from @HalifaxBank to @LloydsBank Can't log in to transfer funds and am now overdrawn. Will I get charged? I've been trying all day and the app is down.
-
Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@rob2775 @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank For many years, the apps, websites, services, are down or are broken constantly. Lloyd's Group don't seem interested in fixing their issues or hiring skilled people. Lloyd's timeline is just a list of app problems. In 2026, this is unacceptable.
-
Danny (@Dannyh3xz) reported@DanielEllisUK @LloydsBank Always have more than one account my friend. As if one goes down just use another.
-
Andre (@AndreInUk) reported@LloydsBank There are no error messages. I clearly described what's happening. The app doesn't run slowly, it's slow to log on, then you clutter it with popups about your products I might want. You need to realise that people just want to quickly get in and do their banking without delays.
