@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

@LloydsBank you internet banking is awful. Trying to reset memorable information and you call me but don’t accept the code that’s on the screen in front of me!!! Then I have to call you to be told there’s an hour wait! I’m stressed enough caring due my dad without all this!!!

@StopFundingHate @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank I have been a customer with both banks for over 30 years. I am very disappointed to see them advertise alongside such toxic, ill-informed content, especially as they claim to support #pride . I would ask them to reconsider their ad choices - this is not a good look for them.
