@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

@LloydsBank my dad needs to switch account types (both Lloyds) but was told they're too busy in branch to do this until September even though he was the only customer present at the time. He does not have online banking & tried phoning which was hour + on hold. Not impressed 😕

Hi @LloydsBank called into my local branch today to ask about opening an account for my 11 year old. Was told you only did savings accounts that child cannot use a card with, yet see on your website an Under 19s account that 11 year olds can have but need to apply at the branch?!

@LloydsBank a huge line at the bank and the staff can literally be seen doing nothing but waiting for 5pm. Why not actually help all the customers??! this is at Milton Keynes branch, Lloyds court.
