@LloydsBank hey Lloyds. I open the app and it says "something went wrong we are unable to show some of your accounts". And it shows N/A on my accounts. Please help.

  • SteveDawsonCKT Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England

@LloydsBank Yep tried both website and app and it’s the same thing. Also cleared the cookies and cache but it still comes up with the error. Doesn’t work on either Safari or Chrome

  • ChristineC_15 Christine Clinton (@ChristineC_15) reported from Bolton, England

@LloydsBank As his name is Peter and the account is FP ( Peter on your system ) I can’t understand why this is an issue it never has been in the last 40 years

  • SteveDawsonCKT Steve Dawson (@SteveDawsonCKT) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying for the past three days to change my account from Gold to the Lloyds Club account and everytime I go to complete it comes up with ‘it looks like somethings gone wrong’ error message. What’s going on with it? Do I need to go to a branch to sort it?

  • AnthonyRishton Anthony Rishton (@AnthonyRishton) reported from Penwortham, England

@SpingaInga @LloydsBank Oh and they still aren't finished. I bank with Lloyds, my brother is HSBC so I can't send him anything! Trust me I have more than enough scenarios that this upgrade causes problems with so you won't win the argument here. Lloyds have always been slow! Like being back in 2003!

  • SimplytheTess Tessa Dowling (@SimplytheTess) reported

@LloydsBank Thank you for letting us know, these things happen. Drives me crazy when there is a problem and companies refuse to address or even admit it, despite social media being available to keep people in the loop.

  • SpingaInga Spinga (@SpingaInga) reported

@g_silverfox @LloydsBank Not really. If you have a friend they can lend you money by taking out from Cashpoint, outcome would be the same, you still owe them. Unless you considering borrowing at night time, not much inconvenience. You could access any of your accounts

  • ardley richard ardley (@ardley) reported

What’s going on @LloydsBank ? I was sent round in circles trying to open a savings account yesterday for a what felt like hours. Go to the app, go to the website, call this number. Nothing worked? - Tried again this morning and same problem

  • Matthew49760964 Matthew Mason (@Matthew49760964) reported

@LloydsBank you lot have shafted me big time this weekend, terrible customer service

  • Barrett88388 Craig anthony (@Barrett88388) reported

@LloydsBank Should of just left it as it was because was working before you messed with it

  • JakeKiley Jake kiley (@JakeKiley) reported

@LloydsBank is faster payment service back up and running.

  • g_silverfox Silverfox 'G-Dog' (@g_silverfox) reported

@SpingaInga @LloydsBank Not if it's an out of town night out, there is a busy up and there is that one poor soul who ends up on his or her own and there is nobody else about to help. I've been stranded up in London before so again my point is valid. It is a ridiculous time to do it!

  • deano100375 dean carden (@deano100375) reported

@LloydsBank I had a payment sent at 730 this morning from a regular source…still nothing…all lloyds chat tell me is its down to the sender…clearly this is not the case…so frustrated…ruined my weekend
