@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank Hi Scott - been customer for decades - some waived fees (waived for eons) for benefits about to be started and I'm generally not impressed that they represent good value and why after so long suddenly now. What's the current phone delay like? - scarred from previous times

@LloydsBank There is no point me making a complaint because: a) it won't change anything b) I'm not a Lloyds customer c) you've already fed back the issue What needs to happen is for the spoken feature to be removed and replaced with a simple code sent to the phone and entered into the app.

@pistolpj29 @LloydsBank I am a Gold customer and have been trying all day to speak to someone in the Lloyds Bank Travel Insurance area. No body answers. Travel Insurance website is malfunctioning with constant internal server errors. Impossible to make contact.
