I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved.
