@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank No. You have ignored me for 12 months. The ombudsman upheld my complaint and instructed you to refund me a large amount of money - this is where the problems are - you are refusing to pay despite asking for my bank details ! I have a complaints reference but no other documents
