@LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

@LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

Terrible struggle for elderly customer @LloydsBank who only wants her title deeds back after settling her loan; several hours on hold. On one occasion alone, over 3 hours - we’ve seen the evidence of that. This cannot go on with a phone system manifestly unsuited for such enquiry

1/n How many more times will I watch a @RaoulGMI video and still not buy? I tried in Nov to buy $ETH I setup a @coinbase account tried to transfer £20k and @LloydsBank blocked the transfer. It took 2 weeks to get the block removed. Tried again to transfer and Coinbase

@LloydsBank They said they were gonna report the account connected to my card but if they don’t find any issue (I don’t know how there could me any issue. They are using my card without my authorisation) the payments will carry on
