@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

Ive never dealt with a company worse than @LloydsBank ever! Absolutely disgusting attitude and willingness to help! Hours upon hours over the last week on calls to them and still no further forward- following an error on their part 5years ago!!! Keep away from @LloydsBank!!!

@janebinnion @Nickala5 @LloydsBank Had the exact same thing happen with Santander. Wouldn’t give my son a student account as no credit rating at time but were happy to help him get in debt by racking up overdrawn fees

@LloydsBank Honestly you are beyond belief. When I do get through I’m told I need to speak to someone else. I’m then transferred to the back of another bloody queue. This has happened FIVE times in the last four hours. Pathetic service! 😡

@LloydsBank Will do thank you, just rather confusing and perhaps slightly unhelpful as it makes me question whether i’m going to be overdrawn for a simple routine monthly transfer which was not an issue with my previous bank.
