    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Nationwide still on the WFH doss! Thanks to the customer service agent yesterday for clearly demonstrating why WFH needs to end! Couldn’t be bothered at all with my request and then put me on hold & never came back whilst he went for another **** no doubt! Time to switch banks!!

    @AskNationwide is there a issue with your phone lines? I have called for just over a hour on 2 attempts to be cut of both times :( all i want to do is report unauthorised transactions and get then refunded

    Huge shoutout to @AskNationwide #FlexAccount mobile phone insurance. Daughter’s phone stolen Monday evening. Insurance claim posted off Tuesday. Claim approved today (Thurs) and new phone being delivered tomorrow. Unbeatable, first-rate service.
