π¦ (@_xnxnxs_) reportedwhat a disgraceful experience i had in your kingston branch! @AskNationwide Simply requested help as i was struggling to open a bank account online. The lady i had had a bad attitude! After another question, she pretended not to hear me, randomly clicking with her mouse 1/2
-
Mind Crypto π₯ (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined Β£44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
-
Mark Sowton (@SowtonMark) reported@AskNationwide Having to come into branch to prove I am a human being, and then unable to report more than 1 fraud activity, even though there are 33. Couldn't report anything in app. Such a poor service, but I'm not surprised.
-
Sarah Bond π π»π§‘ (@SheLovesTweets) reported@AskNationwide Thanks but itβs OK. I think I entered the wrong customer number so it worked today. I have a second number labelled βregβ. Any idea what that would be?
-
Claire McClean (@Claire__McClean) reported@AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.
-
ππ³ππAdyπ€ (@AdyG28) reported@AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA last October which started at 4%, now it's been reduced to 3.3%. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?
-
Miss Tilly And Me (@MissTillyAndMe) reported@AskNationwide @B_DoesThingsYT I cant access my app either. It is timing out.
-
Sophie (@SophieMHorton) reported@AskNationwide I keep getting a 'something went wrong' screen when trying to do a 'pay by bank' transfer. Your service status page says all is working normally. I've already reached out via chat and was told there are issues, so why doesn't it say this on the status page?
-
Darren γ (@NerradSelims_91) reported@AskNationwide, what is going on with your banking app? Still doing the same issue where I can't enter my pass number... I rang you guys up as you advised me to and I can't get a straight answer.
