Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary

Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.
