    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    @Barclaycard Why would we do that after 20 years free of Barcleys problems. We are so pleased to be with @AskNationwide ever since with very few problems when we had resolved in 24 hours.

    @AskNationwide Great Nationwide had to cancel disabled sons respite and Christmas trip because you can't transfer from a savers account to a flex account. " it's not on the form". Not a penny to our name, well we do, you just can't let us access it.
