    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    Very bad with @AskNationwide yet again having payment problems. A friend paid in £10 at 9am for me today as I was in hospital, & here we are at almost 6pm & it's STILL not in my account. It's not a large sum, but it was urgently needed. Really poor.

    @AskNationwide @CameronwilsonS I was told you'd had an update at 2.30 and it would all be sorted in a few hours. I'm still sitting here with no electricity, you've not offered me any help I need to know if it definitely go through tonight or am I just going to be sitting on the dark all night.

    @AskNationwide That’s great if my direct debit wasn’t due before 2pm today and the issue wasn’t resolved until 4pm! My utility company will now charge me if i pay over card. And if this counts as a returned direct debit then it will affect my credit rating! Absolutely ridiculous.

    Anyone know of any decent banks that are not @AskNationwide that regularly have these system break downs regularly and withold payments that are £1000+ just been told on the phone the issue is sorted its just whenever the payments team now get round to clearing it jokes
