@AskNationwide @AskNationwide - You're continually saying incoming payments are delayed, in a queue and will arrive ASAP, additionally issue will be fixed ASAP. What is the actual frame for both incoming payments and fix? ASAP does not help, people need to know when they will receive funds.

  • vellapc Paul V (@vellapc) reported

@AskNationwide This isn’t helpful when the cause of peoples money problems is your inability to process payments into their accounts repeatedly.

  • dgwbirch Dave "Woking 9 to 5" Birch (@dgwbirch) reported

@_mike_chambers_ @AskNationwide @CityAM "“As a result of extremely high volumes of transactions on the first working day of the year we took the decision to temporarily queue inbound faster payments” Did they make the money in the queue listen to Vivaldi? With reminders about “your payment is very important to us"

  • katemae324 Kate Mae (@katemae324) reported from Liverpool, England

@AskNationwide When will my payments been received into my account? This has been going on all day now an these customer service responses aren’t clarifying anything just blatantly copied an pasted ? What is your complaints email address to? Absolute joke

  • GreerIsla Isla Greer (@GreerIsla) reported

@AskNationwide any idea when this problem is going to be fixed? I am sitting in the cold with my young son as I can’t access any money that has been transferred to my account to put any heating on! Yet again incompetence on your behalf!!

  • quincy4561 quincy456 (@quincy4561) reported

@AskNationwide @ChrisJordan610 Not correct outbound payments are also not working, good to see you know what's going on at nationwide

  • claire98032242 claire (@claire98032242) reported

@AskNationwide come on! It’s about time you got on top of this. Your tweets provide no explanation as to why we are repeatedly experiencing delays. Give your customers the information they deserve. 30+ years as a customer and I am ready to walk.

  • bluejohnuk John Wood (@bluejohnuk) reported

@AskNationwide why do I keep getting the following error message on my account "Payments Issue" so payments from my account do not send
