Nightmare.. ended up with the call handler saying if he requested a new book the book she is using will be cancelled.28 minutes .no result!

Was told my switch was successful and account will be credited as was all criteria done and ive had someone say opposite and go back and say no longer valid. You advertised it till the 4th march so any application before should be fine
