@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide I am trying to transfer money from my savings account to my nominated account but the app won’t complete the transaction. It advises me that I need to login to my internet banking, I don’t have internet banking only a savings account which was opened via the app?

@AskNationwide any plans to dump the card reader authorisation and replace with in-app or sms? It’s impossible to manage finances on the go (or in bed).
