  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

  • nigelvivian Nigel Vivian (@nigelvivian) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@AskNationwide see you took down the tweet glorifying the dishonest self-serving PM. I’ve banked with you for years but now reviewing my arrangement

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • MattyRobsonTV Matty Robson (@MattyRobsonTV) reported

@AskNationwide I have all of the requirements but it's saying technical issues after I enter the code I have received from my card reader and pressed enter.

  • MeBeardedWonder Bearded Wonder (@MeBeardedWonder) reported

@AskNationwide @Roger_Actual Roger, don't waste your time their default response is nothing. And the individuals who deal real issues "member relations consultant" they are just complaint handlers and in my experience they lie (or are stupid)..

  • GuidingBreeze Elizabeth 🧜‍♀️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 (@GuidingBreeze) reported

And also @AskNationwide has texted me my mortgage rate is going up, yet their savings has only gone up 0.05% in the last few months. Quick down, slow up for savings slow down, quick up for borrowings 😡

  • ProverbialStick I'm not sick I'm twisted, sick suggests a cure! 🤣 (@ProverbialStick) reported

@AskNationwide Why am I expected to jump through hoops, when you're already aware of the problem. See above screenshots. 🤔

  • colindsmith Colin Smith (@colindsmith) reported

@AskNationwide given your systems have gone down and I don't know if my switch has been actioned, could you confirm that you will honour the offer? Or am I punished for your systems issues (accidental or deliberate)?

  • CamillaWatkins_ Camilla W (@CamillaWatkins_) reported

@AskNationwide I was in contact with them but apparently Nationwide decided that it was acceptable to opt me out of the text alert service that I have been using the entire time! Nice that you think you can change my personal settings. Can't wait to move to a company that care about customers!

  • LazyHippo NinjaPotamus (@LazyHippo) reported

@AskNationwide Absolutely not on opting me out of texts that I chose to opt in to. Also, can't send a secure message about texts because you've replaced it with a broken chat service. When I get into my account texts are still on. Absolute shambles. Where is the complaint form?

  • TDaviesBarnard T Davies-Barnard (@TDaviesBarnard) reported

@AskNationwide Really unimpressed that you just opted me out of text alerts without asking, and now the app says "experiencing a technical problem" when I try to set up the text alerts again. Why does NW. think I set up the text alerts? For funsies? Because I *want* them.

  • LindsayK_23 Lindsay 🐧 (@LindsayK_23) reported

Hi @AskNationwide I purchased an item online from a company called About Time Pro on 4th July but my item has never arrived and their customer services are ignoring my messages. Having just searched the company on Trustpilot I can see the same has happened to many others and it

  • ChaoNaut Chao Naut (@ChaoNaut) reported

@AskNationwide You did not leave them with those who want them, you unilaterally decided and a ted. Common courtesy would be the standard process of sending a warning that you intend to pull the plug, unless the customer reacts and says to keep it. Not shoot first and then make me repair it.
